I was disappointed with the level of customer service from the front desk when booking an appointment. The woman didn’t seem to care or want to listen, and she just spoke over me. From our conversation i didn’t feel confident that the surgery was able to help or accommodate our needs. Therefore I Booked elsewhere.

Very Caring professional practice. You can tell when staff are passionate about their jobs and the little creatures that visit it. I have had to call for advice over the phone and they where very helpful and even called up to check up on our little dog the following day. With every dealing with this vet I was reassured and our dog was well taken care of. Not the cheapest Vet but the service/staff are worth the extra for peace of mind.

We have been bringing our pets here for years. The staff are compassionate and fantastic in an emergency (and we've had a few). Highly reccomended.

Over the years they have repeatedly given the highest standard of care to my cat (and also my new dog). They have a beautifully clean and spacious practice too. They really seem to care about every aspect.

We changed to Bedford-Dianella Vet Centre after using another vet once. Our pup Harry needed treatment after being hit by a car. The assessment, treatment and aftercare were FANTASTIC. I requested a quote upfront and it was very reasonable. (prior we had been ripped off at a vet in Bayswater). Harry boy loves visiting the ladies and he is going back soon for an innoculation and checkup. Thankyou
