The staff at the vet clinic were prompt and very friendly. Pertinent questions were asked to determine the status of my dog. Highly recommended clinic.

Vet suggested “social visits” ie visiting for just for cuddles and treats to help my nervous dog get over his terror.

The team at Bedford-Dianella vet are lovely. They provided wonderful service and displayed genuine care and concern for my dog. He gets quite anxious at the vets and they all did such a great job keeping him calm. Thank you!

I've been going to Dianella vet since my Fairytail was a puppy (10yrs+) and I've never gone anywhere else. I didn't need to. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, from the reception to the vets. Fairytail loves visiting them, so did Smokey cat before he died, of which they were lovely and caring when he did. They are honest, upfront about any cost and leave any decisions to the pet owner, of which I have appreciated.

Super friendly caring staff. Efficient; knowledgeable, gave good advice and tips. Pretty much perfect.

Ok hi I am Laurence, I got in touch with Dianella Vet to ask if they could see my dog Bucky. To my surprise, after explaining the story of Bucky they still excepted to see him. Bucky is not a social dog and I was afraid to take him, but the nurses there assured me everything will be ok. I followed they’re instructions and yes everything went extremely well and now finally I have Bucky micro chipped and his second vaccination done. So thank you very much to all at dianella vet.

This practise always shows care and reliable service to my two dogs, but most of all they know the dogs and care to any emergency’s that come up, with care and compassion. My dogs are lucky to be around such good vets and nursing staff

Staff are always friendly. The vets listen to any concerns we have. At the end of appointments they usually ask if we have any questions.

Always quick to pick up the phone and easy to get an appointment. When we visit the vet listens to our concerns and we always leave satisfied with our experience.

The vet nurses are very friendly and helpful. Always polite on the phone and in person. The team of vets are great too. They listen patiently and do a great job of looking after our dog. We have never had any issues getting an appointment or with any of our visits and have been satisfied with the medical advice provided.

Such a caring vet, Louise & all the staff are second to none. Knowledgeable & thorough.
