I highly recommend Bedford-Dianella Vet Centre on Walter Road (specifically Dr Maddie).

The staff at the centre (all of the vets and all of the nurses & reception staff) are ALL women and I believe the centre is also owned and managed by one of the main vets.

They are honestly all so lovely and the service they provide at each and every visit is fantastic.

I took my beautiful 9 year old rottie there last year when he become suddenly unwell (he had cancer) and I sadly ended up having to put him down a few weeks later.
Vet Maddie held him and cried with me as we said goodbye together, she was so lovely and gentle and kind to me and my family during a terribly difficult time. It made a very tough moment that little bit easier as I felt supported and like the vet truly cared about our boy and understood our pain.

We have recently returned to the centre on a brighter note- with the newest member of our family (another rottie puppy). And as always Maddie and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I liked the booking online option which meant I could see available appointments early in the morning and book and not wait until opening hours to phone. The vet was very professional and thorough. My nervous little dog was in good hands and not rushed. Will bring all my animals here in future.

A big thanks to the staff and vet nurses for their amazing work! I’ve been going there for 3 years now with my German Shepherd. They’re extremely understanding to my dogs nerves at the vet and accomodate his every need to make it a comfortable experience for all involved.

Friendly, professional staff at a clean and welcoming vet centre. Separate area for cats with blankets/products to reduce the stress on your pet. First time visit but will definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing! The vets rock, the nurses rock the whole place is welcoming, which is saying a lot considering it’s a sterile place. Every time I have brought my mums dog in he’s been over the moon and quite the socialite. It’s a very warm welcoming vet and you can tell everyone loves what they do. Seriously 5 stars just isn’t enough for how amazing this team of professionals are. Keep up the awesomeness.

Wonderful center. Everyone who has supported us with our pets has been professional and kind, they have also been great with our young kids who always want to come to appointments.

They are very professional and lovely to animals. Unfortunately, I had to put my pup down due to a horrible injury and these wonderful people actually send me a sympathy card for my loss. I cried another river but I so appreciated this gesture. It is beyond explanation how much it meant to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Due to a bit of an emergency with my dog, the lovely staff at Bedford Dianella Vet were able to squeeze us in at really short notice. Everyone I dealt with was so lovely and polite and my dog was very well looked after. We've found the perfect local vet.

ÀWouldn't trust anybody else with our pet. This is the greatest Vet Clinic around! Great staff, great service & seriously great veterinarians, who put my anxious dog right at ease. In fact, our dog gets excited to go to the vet now! The place is always sparkling clean & smells amazing. We wouldn't go anywhere else with our 4 legged member of the family

My dog has quite unique circumstances and requirements for his yearly check up and booster shots. The girls here at BDVC are world class and accommodating to his situation. Highly recommend the care you will get here.

Nova, is our first pet. Dr. Beveridge was fabulous. Answering all our questions and informing us of what would be happening and why. She was wonderful with our little puppy.
The vet nurse on reception, was very helpful and answered another lot of questions I had, explaining everything in great detail. Highly recommend. Thanks Bedford-Dianella Vet.

Just popped in quickly to pick up dogfood that had run out state-wide. Staff were quick and knowledgeable on the phone, reserving the last bag for me. In and out with smiles all round.
