This car rental offered one of the cheapest rates when you booked online. However need to watch out other hidden cost when comes to the actual billing. Their cars are pretty new and reliable.

I never had any issues. I like the crew in Perth. Whenever I am in Perth I get a car there and it is very uncomplicated and like I said the workers at the office are great. Never had any issues.and the cars are great.

Rip Off. They want extra 14$ per day (98$per week) for top cover "on their low prices, or they charge 2000$ your credit card for bond

Requested a 7 seater it was "classed as a 7 seater but only 6 could fit! No room for luggage. They wouldn't swap with out more money for up grade and the hour we already had it for

I have very unpleasant experience with this company. I have rented the car for 7 days and returned it 1 day earlier and they charged me for extra 100km as I returned in 6th days so that makes 600km limit instead of 700. The thing is they charge same for 6 or 7 days so I just had to pay extra because I returned too early. They didn’t mention this when I returned and sent me the invoice with extra charge. I called them and had to deal with this passive aggressive manager person saying if they were lying to me. I would like to support small team so much but I don’t appreciate this rip off with bad services. I recommend somewhere else if you don’t want to deal with these or you can make sure not to return your car early.

Literally "saved my life" facilitating a last minute rental over the recent Christmas period when my own car suddenly expired.

Awful service. Paid for the car weeks in advance, was a hour late and they had given the car away! Employees where rude and very unhelpful. Very unhappy customer will never use this service again.

I hired a Toyota Corolla hatchback for 6 weeks. Was very impressed. Renewing the rental was very simple (over the phone with VISA card). The unlimited kilometres and full cover left me confident in using the car with minimal worries. The detailing could have been done a little better (streaky windows inside), but otherwise a great little runabout. I can see why Bayswater is so popular, especially with FIFO workers on their home swing

Hiring procedure was rather efficient and the car was in very good and clean condition. Price was probably one of the best you can find in town.

Used Bayswater Car Rental (No Birds) for the first time this afternoon. Efficient, fast and very helpful thanks to SALLY, who even went around herself to show me how to use automatic as I have always used stick (or manual as they call it down under). Thank you very much Sally for your help, your smile and your polite laughing at my dumb jokes and comparisons between London and Perth (Perth wins hands down! Lol)
