I'm not an avid reviewer, however the speed of service, affordability, immaculate condition of the car I leased was just too good not to give these guys a 5 star review. Easily the best car hire company I have interacted with across the country. I can not recommend them enough!

CAR had vibirartion while driving on Freeway. I called the reception to tell them this issue but the only solution is drop the car back and let their mechanic check and fix. However, my roadtrip was planed and we can not wait that long and not allowed to swap for another car.

Great, quick and easy to hire. I hired the car in Perth city, literally 2min walk from my hostel! I wanted to explore the surrounds of Margaret river and Geraldton. If you wanted to go to Kalbarii, you had to pay a fee. So I just kept it to the designated areas.
I hired a Kia Ceranto, there was no apple play.which was disappointing. Clean and well maintained car

My car was towed after advising the day I would be getting paid having rented the car ongoing; $1000s of belongings of mine were stolen from the car such as my iPad which I now can’t use to study on, $100’s of shoes and boxes of unopened makeup. The man of large posture also did not let me grab any of my belongings from the car and came up from behind me, snatched the keys which is classed as assault apparently and completely traumatised me after I had just left the hospital leaving me in the middle of nowhere. Thank goodness I quickly had grabbed my Chanel purse from the car. The whole company is a sham I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them especially being a 5 ft woman and completely helpless. Do not rent from this company if you value your integrity and belongings.

Great customer service. They maintain their vehicle very well. The ute I picked up was spotless in and out; Did not really expect! $65 (100km inc.) /day plus 14 dollars top (accident) cover I found very reasonable. The deposit $300, however, is slightly higher compared to others like handy care rental asking for $200.

Make sure you specify what insurance you want otherwise they automatically charge the maximum. Otherwise friendly service and cars always in perfect condition

Amazing customer service. I love how they are so accommodating, especially for P platers. They have a wide range of new, and fuel efficient vehicles. Prices are very affordable and weekly specials are always a top deal!

Car was good quality and modern (only 10,000km). It initially had a very bad smell of body odour from the previous rentals which took about a day to air out.

Key reason for 1 star is the way the take the $2000 deposit on your credit card, this should be done as a hold like hotels and then released rather than a charge and then a refund. As a result, if you are using an overseas credit card you get refunded at a different currency rate than what you were charged initially. In my case, this resulted an extra $40 AUD cost on an $120 AUD booking. I questioned how this was done on booking and the staff had no idea what I was talking about.

We have been regular customers of No Birds for the past 2 years. Always received great service until our latest rental. The vehicle that was allocated to us had a dreadful noise in the steering, it also had staining to the carpet and seating. When we bought this to the attention of staff we were told the noise is "normal", we own the same model which has 4 times the mileage and no noise in ours! It was only after we stood our ground and expressed our dissatisfaction that we were offered another vehicle of the same model and yes it was clean with no noise! Thank you

Always good prices, always fast service, and then they send you back the money if you return it earlier than agreed. And the 0 deductible insurance is no-nonsense (as opposed to all the larger competitors). Rent your car here.

We hired car for the city use and it was really good experience. They manage everything so well. They provide good condition cars with roadside assistance. No documentation required apart from DL. Only cards accepted no cash!

Unbeatable prices and efficient service. We had the full insurance and on the first day, when someone broke into our car on the car parking in Rockingham, the agency in Perth CBD arrange for an exchange car in an agency closest to us. No fuss. Everything went well. Great value for money.

Worst service known to man. I’ve dealt with Bayswater some 5 years ago and just today and truly nothing has changed from the dismissive attitude to the complete and utter ‘unhelfulness’. Walked in without a booking only to be told they weren’t any vehicles available. Managed to find one and book it on their website while still standing outside the store. So went back in armed with reservation details: the employee, embarrassed, palmed me off to his colleague. Mrs helpful then proceeded to tell me that for the deposit, they don’t accept Amex, they don’t accept Apple Pay, and they don’t accept cash. In true 19th century style payment, they can only process a plastic card in their swipey swipey system AND she has to read my name on the card. Great.

I've been a customer of Bayswater Car Rental Perth for years now and typically lease for long term periods (1-2 months). Whilst the cars are generally clean and up to scratch, I loathe going in to collect or drop off a car as most of the staff are at best impatient, or at worst dismissive and condescending. The irony of being given a car at 3/4 fuel capacity and then being essentially 'given a lecture' on how I'm supposed to bring back the car with full fuel went down real well with me sometime ago. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place for business oriented car hire but a simple smile and a positive customer service attitude can go a long way.
