Our 2nd time renting from No Birds Bayswater Car Rental in Perth. The first time was in March 2020 (just before the Covid restrictions) and now, the second time in September 2023.

Both times, the car we were given was comfortable, clean and fuel-efficient. The drive was so smooth and it met all our needs. Absolutely appreciative of such a honest, reliable and friendly car rental company. We need more of this around the world!

Least terrible car rental experience I’ve ever had. The dude was super patient with us when we were fumbling for ID, found a way to save us a couple of extra bucks was just generally super helpful / no dramas.

They have an after hours drop off that was super handy.

We especially appreciated the affordable damage waiver option since most rentals in Perth seem to have intimidating excess fees.

Would definitely rent here again next time I come to Perth

First time I've ever hired a car and it was such a smooth hassle free process.
From booking it online to pick up and drop off everything was explained clearly with no hidden fees or charges.
I booked pretty last minute so no small sized cars were available which given I drive a hatchback daily I was a little nervous about getting a midsize car incase it was too big but the Kia Cerrato was perfect and so amazingly good on fuel - plus it only had 27k kms so was basically brand new.
I would highly recommend No Birds for service, price, quality and honesty.

Staff - what a lovely team. So very helpful. I had to hire a car due to my own vehicle being at the mechanic for an unknown time. I was given very helpful advise that it was better for me to book the car and get a refund on the days I didn't use, then extend and not be able to secure the car again.
The car was really great and even though I gave the car back with a full tank instead of 3/4, I also got a little refund for the extra fuel.
I wouldn't hire from anywhere else. This business is so great.

Very smooth and efficient process - from the airport transfer, processing, and return. Price was extremely competitive too and our car was clean and seemed fairly new. Would not hesitate to use them again next time I visit Perth!

Worst car rental experience ever. Booked an SUV and picked up, staff told me because I paid for the damage waiver so no need to check the body. I straight drove back and found there was a chip in the windscreen. Considering that I would have a 3 week long holiday with family and young kids, I didn't want to run the risk of having broken glasses in the middle of my trip. I drove back to the store and got a replacement car which was good so far. But when I started the 2nd car, it showed "regular service is due and required. " on the screen. Also I found the 2nd car also had a chip in the wind screen. I had to went back to office again, and the staff said there were no any other cars available so I had to take it, or wait for 30 minutes to get a lower grade car. Yes first time I got to be downgraded instead of upgraded in a car rental company. I said you should check the car's service intervals and always make sure a serviced car was delivered to customer. And also it is ridiculous that two cars in a row have obvious chips in their windscreens. Then a manager-look guy came out and asked me, do you have a car at your home? I don't understand why this question was relevant, and then he said a chip in the windscreen is totally ok, no one should have any concern because his own car had a chip since 5 years before and he was still driving it.and also a car can be serviced without updating the computer so the warning can always be ignored. Ok, I have to answer you the question here now. Yes I have 2 cars in my house, but I always keep my car in a good condition and serviced according to the log books. I totally disagree everything you said about the chips and service warning! I will never rent a car again from this irresponsible car rental company.

Probably the most user friendly car rental service I’ve used across many countries. Competitive pricing, user friendly opening hours, easy pick up and drop off (no wait or delays), easy to book (and to change booking with a phone call), best of all they have their own stock of child seats and boosters. The car was in good condition too. Highly recommended.

Rented a SUV for a road trip around South WA. Booking was easy, the car had a few ks on it but was clean and drove fine. Communications were very good, staff were helpful. And it was all about half the cost of the big players. I'd book with Bayswater again.

Fantastic experience hiring a car at short notice to take us around Perth and surrounds at a reasonable price. A no fuss hiring process with great staff. The little Hyundai i30 comes with a great variety of features, strongly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience with NoBirds Adelaide Terrace Perth.

I turned up to pick up the car, but my mistake I booked to pick up at Kewdale. Not a problem, booking changed and in 10 minutes we were off in a beautiful late model Hyundai.

Car was perfect and we decided to drop it off a day earlier. Wow! Perfect! Quick inspection and we're on our way.

3 days later we received our $300 bond back plus an extra $48 for early drop off

Would recommend NoBirdsfor hassle free car hire.

Great Service and best price in Perth.
We were picked up from Perth Airport as promised. The vehicle was ready, it was clean and tidy. The staff at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus driver Camilo was excellent. I gave the wrong terminal at Perth Airport. Camilo asked me who I was flying with. When I said Qantas, he asked if he could see my details, and sure enough it was the wrong terminal. He offered to take us back to the correct terminal. He got confirmation from his office and dropped us off. Hats off to Camilo. Great personal service. Well done. Any time I am in Perth, I will use No Birds.

Renting process was awesome! Staff was very friendly & swift in processing. The car I rented was very clean! It's a hybrid car & I definitely recommend to rent this type of vehicle as it saves ALOT of petrol!

I want to thank the staff that shared with me the features of a hybrid car. He was really warm & helpful. Returning car process was quick too! There isn't any signature needed.

And by the way, you can get a parking lot at No birds Bayswater for just A$15 per day (24hours). It's so much cheaper than parking outside.

We are very pleased with the level of service & efficiency! Will definitely rent from No Birds again! It's my trusted car rental company!

We were looking for a rental car while on holiday in Perth and highly recommend Bayswater car rentals on day 2 of our holiday we were involved in a car accident and this company were fantastic, I had taken out damage waiver and the extra $35.00 was worth every dollar, in under 30 minutes we drove off in another car. Their prices were half the price of everyone else and they were extremely efficient

I have bad experience with no birds in Perth city, last time they give me a car need service, this time they cut amount of half day car rent because I just late an hour. To all my friends find another company car rental.
