Terrible experience, arrived at 10.20 for my husband and I, to have reflexology for 30 minuites, and 1 hour massage. Still waiting at 10.45. Eventually shown to our room where we were asked to get changed and to soak our feet in warm water, another 5 Minuites went by and the girl came in and said she would do us one at a time as the other lady just called in sick! Absolutely disgraceful, what a total waste of our time, it took us 35 minuites to drive there. Then 25 waiting around, I booked this as a treat for my husband as he hasn’t had a day off for 2 months, so disappointed! Please do not book with this company, very unprofessional.
