Bali Beautique Spa

I booked this as a Christmas gift for me and my best friend (a massage/facial and hot tub). The whole experience was terrible! The therapists were unorganised and scrambling to get the music on as we walked into the therapy room. The door was left open during our massage so people could see us half nude and we could hear noise (unrelaxing.) My friends therapist had no idea what they were doing and kept looking over at my therapist to see what to do hence my friends massage a facial was terrible and so was mine! Next, we were put into a weird steam room to wait for the hot tub. This was dirty, wet and weird! By the time we got to the hot tub which I mention had no bubbles! We decided we had to leave. What a waste of nearly $400! Wouldn't recommend this place at ALL!

The massage was not worth the money I spent on. Felt like she just did the massage randomly with no tecnique. Also smelt like she had a smoke before my massage so had to shower twice to take the smell off. Would not recommend.

Booked 2 x 1 hour 40 packages including foot reflexology, massage and foot bath. The whole service was only 1 hour 20 minutes and felt a bit rushed. Lacking customer service but nice ambiance, decor and tea after. Massage quality was above average.

Environment was lovely and relaxing and the staff where very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here! ️

MY experience was disappointing the massage felt rushed and when it came to my facial she was very rough and vigorous and pulling my skin My expections Of this place was very much a let down WILL NOT RETURN

Myself and my 2 friends had the boutique day spa package (1 hour 40 mins foot bath, full body massage and a facial). I called up and booked really short notice and the staff were nice enough to make sure there were enough staff on to accomodate all 3 of us at the same time. The massage was beautiful and the atmosphere of the spa was very relaxing. To finish off we were given some water, tea and biscuits which made a nice end to the experience. Thank you to all the staff it was a great experience!

Great place. Staff are friendly and very good at what they do. First time I took my mother in-law and we loved it, now my man & I are going today.

This was possibly the worst waxing experience I have ever had. As nice as she was, the beautician had no idea what she was doing & I had to keep asking her to do areas she missed. It was also extremely unhygienic. She didn’t use gloves and she used the same application stick for the strip less wax, which I didn’t realise until I watched her doing it at the end.
Lucky she did have hand sanitizer.

Very friendly staff with a relaxing environment as soon as you walk through the door, pricing is fair depending on what you choose and they take bookings. Recommended!

The massage itself was nice, but I couldn't relax knowing that the linen and towels is clearly not changed between customers. Left over wax, oil, damp spots, and stains made it really obvious this hadn't happened. The place in general wasn't very clean, you could feel it on the floor when I took of my shoes and the couches in reception - let's just say I decided to stand and wait for my appointment. I came straight home to shower as I just left really gross.

The one and only place to go for a relaxing time in Perth! Quiet, intimate, beautifully decorated, exotic scents.our time there was truly amazing. The massage was a real good deep massage, the masseuses were very professional and kind. We got tea and biscuits offered to us and all the attention in the world you could wish for! Cant wait to visit again!

What a wonderful experience. I had a one hour massage and a half hour facial and it was amazing. Couldn’t fault it. It’s quality service at a very reasonable price. I whole heartedly recommend this place!

First time visit but disappointing. Tea cup needed a proper wash since it had a funny smell. Leg still sore from massage. One lady was friendly and professional but the other one not so much. Wish i was able to give a better review.

I had Linda give me the Traditional Bali Massage.better than the ones I've had in Bali. She was such a lovely lady too. The massage was very thorough and effective, Annie who also was helping was so friendly and accommodating. She responded to my email request for an appointment promptly and I was able to come in at short notice.she even gave me a discount for Mother's Day, which I thought was so kind and considerate (I'm not even a mum!). I will definitely be going back.
