Bali Beautique Spa

We went for a couple's package (massage and facial) and had the best service by the lovely staff. We felt so looked after, and came out feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend, we will definitely be going back! Great pricing too!

Was looking forward 2 this place got there early and waited in waiting area for them 2 come out and say they can't fit us in (myself and partner). A phone call before hand would of been nice but no.

I’ve have just called (15-02-22 4: 40pm) asking some very basic information on their service because I wanted to book for the 18-02. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and not only didn’t give any information but also hang up on me haha I’m very happy I didn’t get to book anything. Love and light for you lady, you’re in need ️

Everyone should enjoy this experience with their partners, not only was this a great way to finish of the day but also a very romantic gesture you can share with your partner. The massage room was beautiful with every attention to detail. The main decorative pieces were all shipped over from Bali.
The massage was just incredible and having your partner in the same room with you was what made it so romantic. The real winner was the bath afterwards. 30minutes of just soaking privately in the most incredible hand cut stone bath was next level. The bath was lit up with candles, the water was the perfect temperature and it the bath was well over 6” long.

Always a pleasure coming to Bali Beautique Spa. Came here last Sunday, 6th March to treat my partner for his birthday. Got the most attentive service as usual. Massage as completely relaxing and the warm soak in the stone bath was divine. Looking forward to our next visit.

Please do not go to this spa on the weekend, there seems to be different staff on. The massages were extremely rough and left me with bruises and my eyebrows were extremely uneven after getting them waxed.

Great experience. We did the perfect partnership deal and it was incredible. We were handled with care and felt so relaxed, the women were so nice and the bath at the end was blissful. Definitely needed after the long holiday rush I had at my work, felt relaxed for the first time in months.

No value for money. They are nice people without skill. Often disappear during massage which annoys me alot. No pressure no ideas where they are rubbing. Do not recommend and I am blaming my friend who recommended this place. Their nails were so sharp hurting me.going to the end 30minutes, they simply killing time by rubbing my skin but not massage.my husband's bed was cold for 2 hours and he even asked how long left.terrible. It was my husband's birthday and I felt so sorry to him.

Reading all positive comments, I was ready to get my best facial today!
Arrived on time, the lady meant to do my facial is not there!
They sent another lady and after 35mins of being super disorganised, facial started.
$85 paid for an ordinary facial I could get way better job from my usual place for $30! They didn’t use steam at all to open up the pores!
The lady who did it for me was kind and nice, but didn’t have experience in facial at all! Just random moves on my face with scrubbing for 20mins. My face got irritated and to be very honest if I didn’t have a gift voucher, I wouldn’t stay till the end!
Never ever recommend this place and never be back! I can’t tell about their other services, but facial is a big NO!

Genuinely curious if this place changed owners? A couple of years ago I came to an amazing authentic Balinese experience with actual Balinese masseuses. Recently I was charged the same amount, but for a very inexperienced masseuse that felt like she had just graduated or was still training. I apologise for being so blunt but it was the worse massage I ever received. It was disappointing for the amount we are charged. It was the opposite of relaxing. The masseuses were talking to us so unprofessionally. As masseuses they should be trained to get people relaxed before a massage and talk a certain way… Not talking about their lives loudly and laughing loudly making people uncomfortable.

First time at Bali boutique spa. It feels like you are in Bali as soon you walk in. Experienced staff, great service.

Relaxing and therapeutic massage. My partner and I got a spa package and we both loved it. Body scrub and facial were amazing. We felt very pampered by the staff. Highly recommend!

The ladies were lovely I had a very nice experience its very bali authentic. I was waiting half an hour before I was seen to, but I did book my appointment the previous night to the appointment so I do not blame them I'm glad they were able to fit me in.

Second time going to Bali Beautique and had Niluh and Yuni as therapist for their massage/facial packages. A truly relaxing atmosphere, therapists are great at what the do, (best massage I’ve had in a long time you drift away to a feeling of being in Bali right here in the heart of Perth). Pure bliss!
The products they use are natural (I’m very picky about over perfumed products on my face) but theirs are so natural and leave your skin feeling amazing. Can not recommend enough I will be driving up from Mandurah just to get massages and facials here. 10/10

The booking experience through whatsapp was poor and my booking was not even confirmed, so i had to reschedule which was fine.

My therapist was lovely and did a lovely job with the massage. She deserves to work in a luxurious day spa not Bali Beautique Spa!

Fluent in 16 languages - the Malay ladies were extreamly rude and do not like their job complaining about the owner being stuck in London.
They lack motivation and do not know what team work is!
I witnessed them not helping or assisting another colleague who i assume was new to the team when asked for help! Such a shame.

The day of my appointment with my partner was 14/3.
Feedback from your staff is that they do not receive training and that was observed during our time.
We overheard the conversation of you just hiring them expecting them to do the job.
Perhaps you may want to consider going back to using "Jamu Traditional Spa" name if it was so good. You maybe a "luxurious spa" in asia, however in Perth, Bali Beautique Spa is definitely not luxurious.

Some areas for improvement:

Professionalism of staff.
I may look english and look like i speak 1 language, however i am fluent in 16 languages.
Your staff should keep their conversations private and know where and where not to have conversations and what / what not to talk about during a 2hour 45minute treatment between each other.

The small cups that Bali Beautique Spa serve tea in needs replacing.
My cup 80ml cup was chipped which is concerning considering chipped cup and dish can harbour bacteria- and with hygiene on every one mind at the moment due to Covid-19 - cross contamination.

May i suggest a tea menu of 3 choices for your clients to choose from would be nice.
Your ginger and sugar tea taste more like warm sugar water.

The music in the room needs to be change, volume lowered and be background music. The music is way to loud.

The same 4minute flute song was on repeat for 2.5 hours.
We asked to have the volume turned down and have it as background music, however therapist informed that the volume control does not work!

1 of the foot spa bowls we had was extremely rusty!
Please re-place.

The bath tub had scum around the inside.
It wasnt untill we were in the bath and moved the bubbles around you coukd see the thick layer.
From a hygiene perspective that is not acceptable.and our bath was lukewarm more on the cold side!

The olive greenish towels provided to dry off after our bath smelt like damp carpet!
We ended up using our clothes because we just wanted to get out.
My parter mentioned his felt like it may have been used before due to the dampness and it certainly was not a fresh towel!
As soon as we got home we had to re-shower and re-scrub ourselves because we just felt dirty.

As a Day Spa Connoisseur, your Bali Beautique Spa in East Perth rates 1 out of 5 and does not meet luxurious standards.
An update and upgrade would benefit your brand and perhaps your brand will become a luxurious day spa in the near the near future, as for now its a thumbs down from us and Bali Beautique needs improving.

I found this experience to be very disappointing. We arrived on time, in the morning and the staff doing our massage weren’t there yet and when they did arrive they didn’t even know they had a client. They asked us three times if we have paid, making us feel very uncomfortable. The ladies in the room laughed and spoke almost the whole time & also left the room three times during our massage. This made us feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. The massage also in general was not great and lacked effort.

When we had finished, two people walked in while we were getting changed.

I will not be returning here.

I had a Bali beautique day spa last night after work which included a massage and facial. It was absolutely fantastic. I felt so relaxed afterwards. The masseuse was very professional and the rooms were beautiful with relaxing music and lovely scents. Thank you so much for making my experience enjoyable

Wouldn't go any other place to get a massage. The music ano smells create the perfect  environment to get relaxed. Great customer service from the friendly stafe.

This place is such an oasis! Bringing the magic touch of Indonesian massage to Australia which I had desperately been looking for so long. Their therapists take all the pain and stress away. Will be a regular customer!
