Doctor’s r great at clinic but the receptionist omg he needs to learn basic manner specially how to talk to people no smile no please no thank u soo rude and no eye contact

Dr. Okezie will always be my best GP for 6 years now. He looked after my whole family and he had a great personality. He never rushes me and is always punctual the time. My whole family never had any problem with him.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would, my husband presented there very unwell and suffering from graves disease and suffering hyperthyroidism. Doctors response was you will be right. Very poor services, too bad my husband had a heart attack and was admitted to hospital later that day.

Doctor okezi is so rude he doesn’t have any sense to talk to his patients I think he needs to go back to school and learn some manners I am never going back there ever again

Been going to this Medical Centre for the last 3 years, Dr. Okezie is an amazing GP, he's highly competent at his job and genuinely caring. Balga and the surrounding neighbourhoods are lucky to have this Doctor in this area. I am truly grateful to be his patient, he's inspired and motivated me to keep pursuing to be healthier every year.hey Doc, if you are reading this, big thank you.

Lovely friendly staff at the desk and Dr Okezie is very punctual. I've never had to wait long to see the Dr.
He is caring and thorough and listens to what you have to say. I am very happy with this medical centre.

I’m sick as a dog and got turned away beacue I didn’t have cash this is 2022 ffs get with the times

Usually great and excellent. But have gone down hill lately. I ask for my test results. They say it will be emailed it never comes I do not get them. I ask for a referral they said they will email it never comes. I might have to report them soon. I do trust the doctor's but I think the admin are not doing the job

Came to see Dr. Okezia, husband hurt his hand, went for x rays, followed up with the Dr the next day. His reseption lady said there was no problem with his hand. Thinking everything is okay, he went to work. 3 days later the Dr called my husband on site. He needs a cast, he needs to fly back. On a friday afternoon.

Dr Okezie or whatever his name is always very rude and unprofessional. Very impatient, arrogant and appears like patients are bothering him. Very unprofessional, at one time I think last yr, I saw him walk with gloves along the corridor holding a sample (appeared like a pap smear or high V swab, as he came from an closed room where he was examining a patient). I will never attend that practice ever again!

Dr okieze was very very rude he was looking down on me laying back swinging in his chair, as he was rudely explaining to me why I would fail my driving medical assessment the Dr was not making sense, he was not straight forward, he couldn't put sentences together.
English must be his second language.
When i was trying to make sense of his rueling which was incorrect as to why i would fail, because i contacted D. O. T who stated the Dr can fill out the medical assessment no problem as a fracture heals and is not a permanent condition, the Dr got offended and stated "Am I speaking another language" I felt disgusted by his un professional behaviour.
I think the doctor okieze is worthy of been a shoe polisher with that kind of behaviour he is a shame to the industry.

I have been going to Balga plaza for a few years now and both Dr Okezia and Dr Pethick have been nothing but outstanding. They don't judge, they're not quick to diagnose or write a prescription just to push you through. They genuinely listen and do their best to make their customers feel heard. The reception staff are also very friendly and efficient. This is probably one of my favourite doctors surgeries

Dr Ok Okezie cannot be more highly recommended. Felt like I was truely listened to by a compassionate and understanding doctor. Not once did I feel like I was "just another patient". Even took the time to listen to one more health concern that I was dealing with on top of my presenting issue. Always has appointments free if I ever needed to see a Dr urgently. Lots of thanks!

Dr okezie dismisses my partner's RSI as getting old

Dr. Anthony is so incompetent he can't even call for a phone appointment made.

Reception staff aren't helpful either.

I have been going here for over a year. Both Dr Okezie and Dr Pethick are bloody good doctors. I get that doctors are under a lot of stress. But for those people who doctor shop do not put a review up. No one has ever been rude to me down there.
If it wasn't for Dr Okezie I don't know where I would be.

This place is an absolute joke.i had an appointment at 9am and the doc came to receive me at 915am and told me to leave my in less than 8 minutes.it is like he was in a hurry or sth.of i ask him questions, he becomes irritated.i got more information from YouTube videos than I did from my consultation with him.i am never coming back to this place again.and i don't refer this place to anyone.

Dr Okezie was very abrupt and disrespectful and a bit unstable as though he was angry. I asked him roughly 4 questions and he told me I was asking to many questions and ended the session due to my questions. Also when I explained to him the reason I may have had the issue, he interrupted and cut me of several times. In the end I left there feeling quite upset as though I had done something wrong. End conclusion I wouldnt go back there and wouldn't recommend.

I’ve been seeing doctors here for 3 years. They do run a little late sometimes but that’s expected at doctor surgery’s. The docs here are great, attentive and compassionate.

Came to dr Pethick for help with depression, anxiety, insomnia and agoraphobic ptsd.wanted him to refer me to a decent psychiatrist, instead he gave me antidepressants and when they didnt work out because they hurt the nerves in my legs he told me to get over it and doubled my dose.now my legs are permanently screwed thanks to this dr.pathetic

Was happy attending this practice until last week. I booked an extended appointment with Dr Okezie. I was called and walked in. Sat down, a lady presented with an emergency. That’s not an issue at all. But, after he rushed me off telling me my time was well and truely over. Um, I just sat down, and I had booked an extended appointment. Not at all happy. Service on this occasion was nothing short of rude, and unprofessional. Time to get medical records transferred now I think.
