If I could give minus 5 stars I would, my husband presented there very unwell and suffering from graves disease and suffering hyperthyroidism. Doctors response was you will be right. Very poor services, too bad my husband had a heart attack and was admitted to hospital later that day.

Doctor okezi is so rude he doesn’t have any sense to talk to his patients I think he needs to go back to school and learn some manners I am never going back there ever again

Usually great and excellent. But have gone down hill lately. I ask for my test results. They say it will be emailed it never comes I do not get them. I ask for a referral they said they will email it never comes. I might have to report them soon. I do trust the doctor's but I think the admin are not doing the job

Came to see Dr. Okezia, husband hurt his hand, went for x rays, followed up with the Dr the next day. His reseption lady said there was no problem with his hand. Thinking everything is okay, he went to work. 3 days later the Dr called my husband on site. He needs a cast, he needs to fly back. On a friday afternoon.

Dr Okezie or whatever his name is always very rude and unprofessional. Very impatient, arrogant and appears like patients are bothering him. Very unprofessional, at one time I think last yr, I saw him walk with gloves along the corridor holding a sample (appeared like a pap smear or high V swab, as he came from an closed room where he was examining a patient). I will never attend that practice ever again!

Dr okieze was very very rude he was looking down on me laying back swinging in his chair, as he was rudely explaining to me why I would fail my driving medical assessment the Dr was not making sense, he was not straight forward, he couldn't put sentences together.
English must be his second language.
When i was trying to make sense of his rueling which was incorrect as to why i would fail, because i contacted D. O. T who stated the Dr can fill out the medical assessment no problem as a fracture heals and is not a permanent condition, the Dr got offended and stated "Am I speaking another language" I felt disgusted by his un professional behaviour.
I think the doctor okieze is worthy of been a shoe polisher with that kind of behaviour he is a shame to the industry.

Have been here a few times but it's getting so bad we are moving!

Dr okezie dismisses my partner's RSI as getting old

Dr. Anthony is so incompetent he can't even call for a phone appointment made.

Reception staff aren't helpful either.

This place is an absolute joke.i had an appointment at 9am and the doc came to receive me at 915am and told me to leave my in less than 8 minutes.it is like he was in a hurry or sth.of i ask him questions, he becomes irritated.i got more information from YouTube videos than I did from my consultation with him.i am never coming back to this place again.and i don't refer this place to anyone.

Dr Okezie was very abrupt and disrespectful and a bit unstable as though he was angry. I asked him roughly 4 questions and he told me I was asking to many questions and ended the session due to my questions. Also when I explained to him the reason I may have had the issue, he interrupted and cut me of several times. In the end I left there feeling quite upset as though I had done something wrong. End conclusion I wouldnt go back there and wouldn't recommend.

Came to dr Pethick for help with depression, anxiety, insomnia and agoraphobic ptsd.wanted him to refer me to a decent psychiatrist, instead he gave me antidepressants and when they didnt work out because they hurt the nerves in my legs he told me to get over it and doubled my dose.now my legs are permanently screwed thanks to this dr.pathetic

I tried to ignore the bad reviews of this particular medical centre. As each person have different experience but i should have. Very poor customer service, unprofessional.
The lady who answered my phone call was impolite and my line been cut off twice on purpose. Just poor customer service.

Got here for my appointment at 3: 50. Had my forms filled out and ready to see Dr Leong Ng
I wait for half an hour only to be told the doctor im supposed to see has left. Not only that but i was informed he also had a patient at 4: 00. Now i understand if there was an emergency but he left at 3: 50. The time of my appointment. And it took over 30 minutes for me to be told that he left half hour ago. And then i have to wait even longer to see a new doctor. Terrible service and i would not reccomend going here at all.
It amazes me how some people manage to become doctors when they act like the biggest idiots known to man kind.

Save yourself the time and effort. There are other doctors nearby and while you may think "oh i dont want to drive further out to see my doctor"
The time you save in waiting at the docs is more than made up for considering thw doctor just up and leaves when you're here.
With no warning mind you.

Saw a GP who said he is not a GP but a consultant oncologist. Asked if he can check BP to confirm all good, advised BP is best self taken. I was there only for a prescription so in and out and not going again.so what if it's a bulk billing practice.as wise many say, never visit a GP or dentist where there is no wait or gap payment.

The doctor told me that a condition I have had for over 11 years (Fibromyalgia) was made up. No way I’m ever going back

I advise against going here, there was no care for patient. I was not listened to and he just made assumptions then sent home just told to rest.
I have type 1 diabetes and no extra thought pattern was emplied.

The worst practice. Dr Anthony Pethick is complete tool, doesn't care about his patients at all. Went in to discuss tinnatus and a couple things, he printed off a list of doctors that could help and rubbed his snot on the paperwork. I asked for one more thing and he said sorry this is bulk bill your only allowed 10minutes and youve gone over by 3mins. I was pretty pissed off to say the least. My response was im struggling to sleep due to the tinitus what do i do, he huffed and puffed before printing me off sleeping pills and said take 1 per week. The same afternoon i booked with a specialist for the next day and rang the practice to get a referal. He didnt do the referal so i rang again the day of the appointment and they said hes not in but knows it needs to be done. I went to my appointment and the staff at the specialist called the practice and said he isnt doing the referral so Plaza medical got another doctor to do the referral whom ive never met. Ridiculous and unnecessary. I Dont recommend.

Was happy attending this practice until last week. I booked an extended appointment with Dr Okezie. I was called and walked in. Sat down, a lady presented with an emergency. That’s not an issue at all. But, after he rushed me off telling me my time was well and truely over. Um, I just sat down, and I had booked an extended appointment. Not at all happy. Service on this occasion was nothing short of rude, and unprofessional. Time to get medical records transferred now I think.

Doctor’s r great at clinic but the receptionist omg he needs to learn basic manner specially how to talk to people no smile no please no thank u soo rude and no eye contact

Came here 2 times, saw both the doctors they are good, they both seem like they care, white dr is abit slow and always in a rush and dr O is friendly! Kiwi chick she was really nice gave me alternative help as drs couldnt help me with some things, helped me with everything i needed to sort out she is definantly the face of this place, makes it seem less scungy, muslim girl is down right rude she said she "doubts dr will give me a medical cert" and forgot to mark me here so i waited over an hour, shes so rude I always avoid having to speak with her she never gets any of my requests done! Place is quite nice for balga! Would recommend!
