One of the best whilst looking for decent price accommodation in Perth. Clean comfortable apartments with easy access to freeways and a variety of shops nearby. Perfect for a family stay as rooms are self contained with a complete kitchen and laundry facilities.

Great location. Central to everything in Perth. Great food just 5minutes walk from room. Staff could not have been more helpful and clean rooms. Just need to replace the couch in our room

Pretty decent place. Friendly staff. A little dated. No aircon in the bedroom. Need to turn on aircon in the room.

Decent serviced apartment. Clean and spacious. Only 1 aircon located in the living room so you might not feel it in the bedroom especially during summers. However, a stand fan was provided so it helped!

Nice place to stay. Good location as close to city, the river and freeway. Staying there again soon.

Would not recommend anyone staying here, me and my partner checked in and then 10 mins later checked out. There was a awful smell throughout the room, the couch and beds where lumpy and uncomfortable, it was very outdated and the air-con didn't work well at all.it goes to show that we where willing to lose the $151 to stay the night to drive the 1.5hrs back home.they are also overpriced for what they offer and the photos online dont reflect what you get at all.

Its cheap for whats offered. The balconies are tiny, its dated but tidy. Not bad but not great either. It is what it is. You get what you pay for.

Well at least it was clean. Everything about this place is cheap, really not what I expected. The photos looked so good, a credit to the photographer. Won't come again. Small, cramped and outdated room and no amenities. A let down

I was disappointed with the building and there are no lift to the room. We are staying in third floor and with a child which causes a lot of inconvenient for the stay.
The building is tired and look dirty from the outside. Inside not much different. By the way, it's very noisy day and night. I will not recommended to my friends and don't think we will come back unless no other place to stay.

Comfortable bed. Close to FWY for ease of access North or South of the city and coffee shops close by. Value for money.

Good location, near the Zoo and not far from the Ferry to Perth, but very dated establishment. If your a light sleeper choose another hotel as you are next to the Freeway, very noisy.

The apartment allowed thrashy and noisy party people to stay here. Not kids friendly at all as the website suggested.

Rooms were good, quality of the appliances and facilities were good. Towels were changed as should but trash wasnt cleared, and we had to ask them to clear it for us. Had a pleasant time there nontheless.

Good location that is close to major arterial roads and the city but apartments are in desperate need of an upgrade. The furniture and fixtures are old, tired, smelly, light switches and power points that dont work and the parking is limited and very tight

Its a nice and spacious place, reception is very nice i did enjoy my stay however its a little bit weird how they only have 1 a/c for the whole room and it is situated outside the bedroom. Balconies are nice but not really much to see and security is horrible my car got broken into when i last stayed there and since i was on the hotel premises i expected them to do something instead all they could say was sorry.discount or free night wouldve been nice?
