Assured Waterside Apartments

The apartment was probably the best in the block.
However, old and dated. Everything was in working order. Even through bedding, sheets was on the cheap side of quality.
I booked via Booking.com.an old card was still linked to my account. I received an email from the Manager advising
I instantly updated and paid. Including a bond. After 5 days I requested my bond return. Yes, there was T&C, i hadnt realised.
I received abusive text messages from the manager. Telling me he had wished he had not refunded my bond.
I provvided feedback review on Bookings.com. To then read the Manager had lied, saying i had damaged/ broke thibgs.i was a nightmare blah blah blah. Total lies.
Infact we left the place cleaner than when we arrived.
Avoid at all costs.

A very comfortable and convenient property, located close to the Mends Street precinct. Room are spacious and there are good appointments to the units (full kitchen and laundry, etc.) Staff were very helpful at all times. The garden provided ample area for the kids to run around in and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

Carpet was not vacuumed, needs to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned it's that dirty, floor had not been vacuumed, lounge is broken and filthy.

Was my wedding weekend my bridal party and my self as well as my guests had booked a room for the weekend. My room was for 3 nights and my other room was for 2 nights. I chose the option to pay at the property as I have done 3 times in the past, 3 days before arriving they tried to take the payment out for both rooms so I called 6 hours later to explain my situation and the receptionist assured me that it is ok I can pay when I arrived, she even thanked me for recommending my friends. Whilst driving to Lodestar they apparently called me, and with in 5 mins of me not answering (because I was driving) they cancelled both my rooms. I arrived at 2.30pm to find i have no rooms. And what made me more upset is that they did not care about my situation nor was there any apology from the lady that took my call and never updated there system. And it's a shame as we love staying there for a weekend away, but will now be choosing another place to stay in this area.

Stayed here a few times. Really good location and price. Last time we stayed here the room was filthy and there was a blood stain on the back of the bedroom door so unfortunately we won't be returning.

Good location. Easy access. Very roomy apartment. Spotless clean. Well appointed. And good value.

Rooms were tidy and clean, little dated + some road noise if your a light sleeper but back to the regular accommodation place from now on

Not a bad place except for the parking.wehad to park outside one night and as a older person with walker was not good

First 2 nights in our 2nd story apartment was great, clean and tidy, beautiful view from the balcony.
2nd time we went back (2days later) we were Put on the bottom floor opposite side, wasn’t as nice as the first stay, everything in the apartment was run down, rusted, parking was a bit cramped but overall stay I wouldn’t not book again.receptionist was lovely and very welcoming.
Being next to the freeway as busy as it was it wasn’t as bad, close to park, gardens, grass and water features were also a great combination of riverside and amentities iga etc, very expensive though, they had well presented meals, fruit etc, wasn’t very nice to eat though

Good service and communication. Clean and spacious apartment with washing machine and dryer (free of charge). Nice and central location with shops and cafes in walking distance

Dated but clean, tidy and comfortable for a short stay. Has kitchen facilities, microwave, oven, stove top decent size fridge. Our apartment also had washing machine and dryer. Table and chairs. The reception staff was very friendly and polite. Front apartments are across road from freeway so a lot of traffic noise.
We only stayed 1 night this time.

Very comfortable for 2weeks isolation. Good view from balcony. Staff very helpful. Only negative was cigarette smoke wafting into our apartment from other balconies.

The location is amazing, the receptionist seems friendly and helpful. However the cleanliness is atrocious. There was an ant infestation that had to be dealt with twice before it was under control. I've got a month long booking and 2 weeks into my stay the floor hasn't been vacuumed or mopped once. Found a finger nail that wasn't mine on the floor so no idea when it was last properly cleaned.

I came back from work to find the door of the apartment wide open with no one in sight as the cleaners were in several apartments at once, so there was little consideration for safety of property. There's no safe in the rooms. There's a great amount of storage, but no coat hangers in the closet and zero shelves so you literally can't unpack or hang anything without having to buy your own clothes hangers.

There was no saucepans or cutting boards in the apartment so I had to ask reception for them. There was noisy neighbours up till midnight and the people who you call after hours were 50mins away and reluctant to leave to address the issue despite multiple noise complaints made by several units.

It's great for a short stay. But I'd never book here again for business.

Been staying here during covid 19 between work for two weeks at a time, during my stay I’ve found the cleanliness and apartments to be immaculate, good sized appartments with everything there needed for cooking cleaning, cleaning staff to be helpful and always changing towels and linens
Receptionist to be helpfully, polite, and very attentive.
Great location only minutes walk to the main hub of town and board walk along the river.
Easy access to the city only a ferry ride away.
My stay here has been amazing and I will continue to stay here as long as the border remains shut.

Nice hotel apartment building in a lovely section of Perth. Great views from the balconies on the top floor apartments. They only have stairs but it's only three stories high so not too far to climb. Very functional rooms which would be ideal for longer stays. Parking is available on site with a locked gate at night. Free WiFi but no Foxtel for the TV. Currently very well priced rooms. Close to the Perth Zoo and many great eateries. Also to the ferry.

Good size family apartment, self contained with tea and coffee. Toiletries supplies, awesome location and staff very friendly. Just a lot of food scraps and crumbs all over the floors.
