Very friendly customer service. Great location if you're staying in the CBD area. Price wise, they're pretty similar with other car rentals around as you'd expect; to stay competitive.

Easy dropoff and also when picking up, you'll be given many tips on driving in WA if you're unfamiliar with it

Booked a hire car, which was very straightforward through their website. Chatted with the customer service rep via Facebook to check it had a CD player (my 3 year old would be super sad to miss his favourite tunes!), and they very helpfully checked and confirmed it did.

Then, I had to cancel the booking. Despite having a deposit already paid and a policy of this being non refundable, they refunded it! Super helpful of them - thank you Aries Car Rental for your great customer service.
