Went in yesterday evening to rent a car for a 6 week period. Was told a price price only to go back in the following day (not even 12 hrs later) to be told it was know somehow 4$ more expensive per day. (after being told the price quoted would remain valid the following day) Very disappointing way of doing business.

Response to below; i sent a email to on the 13th regarding a quote but (still no response) so i call in as i am only across the road. The gentleman behind the counter took out a piece of paper and quoted me a special of $36 per day. I told him i would be back in the morning with my license to hire the car and asked would the quote still be valid, he responded yes. Went back in, was then quoted by the same gentleman $40 and after he spoke to the manager he came back with $38. So in the space of 12 hours 3 different prices.

I had a great experience with Aries Car Rental. They have good cars, reasonable rates and the check-out/check-in process was a breeze. Also, unlike other car agents, the deposit is refunded instantly on return of the car. They are a friendly team to work with. All my car hires will be Aries

I always recommend tourist and friends to rent from Aries to support. I rented a Suzuki baleno for long term use but was quite disappointed that I didn't get a cheaper rate, constantly having to send the car in every month for them to check. Put me off from renting till June. It was just too much. Smses from staff, staff not communicating with each other, so I get the same msg from different staff. I didn't enjoy renting for long term at all.
It became very cumbersome.

Even I was renting for long term, they wanted to charge peak period rates. To me, this company knows how to shoot itself in the foot to lose customers from renting long term.

Short term rental is fine. Long term, better to find somewhere else.

Booked a car from here after shopping around the usual suspects, including bayswater and found their cars were not only cheaper but overall much newer and in better condition than the other companies I've rented from in the past. They also don't have overly visible signage on their vehicles which is nice.

Service was excellent and painless, starting from the online booking to the pickup at their city office. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
They were patient and ran through all the necessary steps.

Could not recommend Aries enough, I'll definitely be coming back here for any future rentals.

On Tuesday I made a booking for a car rental to take place over Friday->Monday. After submission of the booking request, I received an update stating a "reservation had been made" (see image below), only to enter the office in person on Friday after work to be told that since I never received a payment request, that clearly meant the booking wasn't confirmed.

While not only is the use of language in saying a reservation has been made EXTREMELY misleading, what's worse was the blunt rudeness and unapologetic nature of the staff at the front desk, making me feel as though it was my fault this situation had arisen.

To not inform me no cars were in-fact available at the time of booking request on Tuesday is an extremely unprofessional business practice, and not informing me until I arrived in person at 4pm after work on Friday has left me with no alternatives to reach Margaret River tonight, with all other car rental businesses exhausted and bus tickets sold out.

Really disappointing, and as a warning to anyone planning to rent a car with Aries - just don't do it, because they'll f*ck your weekend right up.

I had a great experience with this company having been left in the lurch by Burswood Car rentals less than 24 hours before my holiday. All the staff are very helpful is there was one point I had to make it would be the interior could be a little cleaner. The Kia people mover I hired was awesome

I received no customer service, rude dismissive staff followed by a cancellation of my booking via text at 7pm on a friday, the day before collecting the hire car, upon returning first thing saturday morning the vehicle was no longer there. So somwhere between 5pm friday (when i was originally meant to pick up the car but couldnt because a staff member failed to mention a very important rule at the time of booking in regards to payment for the luxury line of cars) and saturday 8am, the vehicle was hired out to someone else

Good price and range of car options, helpful staffs. Can improve on the cleaness of the car, sometimes they are not thoroughly cleaned and washed after previous customers. Popular place, book early.

Was able to get a Nissan X Trail as a replacement car while my car was being repaired. Aries provided a good price and service. Will certainly recommend this company to my friends and clients.

Rental of the car was ok though it was a lenghthy process and had to wait almost an hour.but when I returned the car they found car park dents on the side mirror of passenger seat and demanded I pay aud99. Car park dents are unavoidable circumstances when driving a car. I thought this was covered by the insurance that we have paid for upfront? They event charged my credit card right away and not letting me to check with my credit card travel insurance either! Wow super fast to get the money? !
One more unpleasant experience was they insisted us to return the car by 2.15-2.45am.whereas in the contract it's writen 3am! Pls be careful if you decide to rent from this place.
They are charging you for something u didnt do and make u pay for it. Really really bad experience!

Great service and a brand new Nissan X-trail package without any hidden cost. Definitely will rent from Aries again on our next trip to Perth. Also special mention to Nick (for his clarification when picking up the car) and another Nik (for his friendly after-hours sent us to Perth Airport).
Your top notch rental package will draw many more customers into your fold.

The 12-seater Toyota Hi-Ace we rented had low km and in good condition with just basic features such as AC, radio. However, ensure to verify all rental documents such as existing vehicle damage record and km out/in before accepting the vehicle to avoid disputing for extra charges such as excess km charges. It seems like the company has poor record keeping.

I give 5 Stars only for the Effort you give in to answer all this bad and good Comments on this Way you do.im very impressed!

Hi. I would like to express my utmost gratitude to Aries Car Rental especially to Nick who attend us with great hospitality and warmth during our first Perth vacation (25th August-29th August 2017). Nick would go extra miles and hours to assist us in CBD even though he's from Kewdale branch. Actually we didn't plan to hire any car during our stay because we thought we would be okay with public transport but throughout the day we found it was quite difficult to get around with our 3 kids. So without prior booking we decided to look for Aries Car Rental (read a lot of positive responses from our Malaysian friends before the trip and they recommended Aries.) So we gave it a try even though it was last minute (our preferred car might not be available due to high request.) Luckily, Nick managed to get us Nissan Micra completed with 2 booster seat and 1 carseat for our kids. The car was superb and clean. We love it and glad we made the right choice renting with Aries. Our trip was a lot easier and smooth sailing. Kids were happy (cranky free! No tantrum cuz they got the chance to nap during the roadtrips.) No fuss, no hassle and great service! RECOMMENDED!
