I rented a car last year. Service and car was great. The lovely lad even lent me a cable so that I can connect to my hp for Android Auto. Highly recommended

I booked online for a sedan with airport transfer to their office at Kewdale. Nic attended to me and provided good driving tips for me. Due to a change in plan, I decided to extend my rental and completed the paperwork and payment at their CBD office. I left in a rush and forgot my driver license, but the lady managed to reach me to return it. Many thanks for helping me. All the other staff were also very helpful; Ian and the ladies whom I did not manage to get their names both at Kewdale and downtown CBD locations. The car was fine throughout my 10 days rental and overall it was a great drive and stay in Perth. Will rent from them again should I visit Perth again.

I've been a long-term customer and the experience has always been professional. Anthony from their Customer Service team is absolutely fantastic! His willingness to accommodate changes and going the extra mile to ensure that I have the best deal is second to none. I am giving 1 star rating because the car we got was having a faulty door which starts beeping in the middle of traffic, even when i collected the car told the staff to change the car as it was dirty too they didn't change. If you need the best experience and new car, i will suggest going for Bayswater car rental.

Excellent service. No refunds which is a bit of a shame when you break your foot inadvertently. Easy access to the East Perth depot, reliable vehicle, they answer emails and messages, so Thankyou!

Advised vehicle unavailable at requested pickup time after deposit paid and contract confirmed. Offered upgrade and then received another phone call that upgrade was unavailable but we could take a damaged vehicle instead. Pic below of vehicle offered. After we canceled booking due to late pickup, deposit refund refused.

Anthony made everything so easy and simple for us, he was so polite and friendly. He is an asset to the company, Great service all round!

There was a mix up over the time of our booking, which was entirely due to a misunderstanding on our part. The staff were very understanding and accommodated us.

The car was excellent, the charge reasonable, and on returning the car our deposit was promptly refunded.

Recommended.

Aries is the only car hire company in Perth currently that offer a Sharebox facility which is great for out of hours collection. We arrived Christmas Day and found the whole process to be very smooth. Can’t speak highly enough of Aries. For price, availability and customer service 10/10! See you in 2024!

I was very satisfied with both the car and the service. I cannot fault them. I do certainly recommend Aries.

Rented a Kia Sorento from 4th to 17th Dec recently.

Nick picked us up from the airport to the Kewdale branch to process paperwork and collect our vehicle.

He was friendly and helpful in sharing tips on what to look out for etc.

He also graciously allowed us to store our luggages with him due to boot space constraints.

Car was new (4K plus mileage), clean and came without any rental sticker / rental marking which allows us to feel safer.

Only complaint would be the booster seat we rented for our toddler is flimsy and doesn’t seemed secure.

We took the liberty to have the car professionally washed after a drive to Margaret River as we are a group of 7 and may have unknowingly dirtied the car during the drive.

Return of vehicle was efficient and refund of security bond ($800) was processed immediately and we received the refund in 3 days.

0 stars! Cars and Prices were good but Bond will never be returned if you get a car ding on your door. The scratch was minimal and they told me it would take 1-2 days to assess the damage. However, my 500$ bond was never returned to me and days turned into weeks and still 0 communication. I've rented from other place before but never like this. Such a big issue for a minor scratch. I would have recommended this to my friends and family but now my mind has changed.

As a holidaying UK driving license holder, Aries Car Hire has provided an excellent service from original booking through to return of the hire car. I hired a Nissan All-trail for a 3 week tour from Perth to Esperance & the SW. We are likely to be back in Perth again next year, & I’ll definitely use Aries Car Hire!

Our plane arrived on time into Perth but there was a problem with the plane at the terminal and it took all passengers one hour to disembark. This mob wouldn't wait for us to get off the plane to get their shuttle bus. The pickup driver was rude and offensive as well.

Would give them a zero if I could. Left us stranded late at night at the airport with two elderly and one disabled person. Disgraceful and a dog act.

Awesome experience, fast pick up, good price, clean and reliable car service in town and when dropping off at their airport branch. Upon dropping off the car at their airport branch, they drove us back with our luggage in the same car so that was really convenient without need to on or offload the luggages (this may differ across time so its just our experience). If you do use contactless, the passcode can be sent via sms and/or email which you can connect to their office wifi to retrieve the email in case your visitor sim card is not up in time for non-Aussie travelers.

Look forward to engage their service again in my next trip.

Rented a Nissan X trail for a 5D road trip from Perth to Kalbarri. Pricing is 45% off Hertz pricing for the same car. There is free overnight parking at their carpark in the City and 3hrs grace period (on per hr daily rate charge) upon return! Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the details of the car rental. Rented a Kia Cerato for 3 days from East Perth outlet and returned at Kewdale outlet.

Car was clean and very easy to drive around Perth city. Our hotel was right next to the Aries East Perth outlet and they allowed us to park over night free of charge. When we returned the car at Kewdale, we were given a ride to the airport which is a short journey.

Overall very seamless and fuss free process in renting the car!

Used them for insurance job.took my mothers details as a secondary driver.took $1658 from my mums card (pensioner) without contacting me.no damage to the vehicle no reciept or itemised list on charges.had to argue to return $1100 instantly and tried holding $500 over my head head until the bank retrieved it.disgusting managers trying to force me to sign documents after the fact and hold my money.avoid these dodgey operaters at all costs!

Nothing of the sort was ever said. The only ID I had at the time was my security license as I told you I had work in a few hours. I spoke to WAPOl @ 1715 on the 15/02/2022 and they have confirmed no report has been made. I recorded the entire interaction inside as I know how dodgey you all are. I have proof and you have cameras inside so show me where I threatened you. You obviously cant and therefore need to take this down. If you do not remove your reply by tomorrow morning 0800 I will be taking this further.

Also the 'refund' given has still not come through. Consumer affairs are going to have a field day with this one. Do the right thing. Give our money back like you agreed to and signed the document for and it wont be so bad!
