Have no exp with the rooms but the restaurant and outdoor area and service is fantastic. Food is great. Amazing local fine dining exp.

Beautiful atmosphere and staff but lots of hidden fee- for example extra 20 dollars if you want to have a massage stronger than a ‘light-to-medium’ massage. Been to lots of massage places that give way better experience in a lower price.

I don't want to recommend this place. Because if I do, they'll get too booked up and we want it all to ourselves. It's too good to share.

The place refused to repay my deposit despite two days notice and a very valid reason. They then had the cheak to expect us to let them know if we where coming! Not happy. The dite says to call for a table as the event is so booked up so they could easily have sold the table and been more helpful under the circumstances. I was clear my dog had had surgery and we didn't want to leave him for 4 hrs as we live an hour drom the venue. Happy Christmas in july

My Mum and I got the rejuvenation package done on Friday morning and it was beautiful! I don't remember the two ladies names but I would like them to know how well they did! The ladies we both had made us feel so relaxed and very comfortable with the whole experience, we felt amazing afterwards. The surroundings are so beautiful and worth the money! We had tea and the cheeseburger with chips afterwards and it was yummy very well cooked and came out quick didn't have to wait long. Thank you for the great experience!

WOW! My partner and I recently had a few days away at Amaroo, what a beautiful place! We started off our stay with the most amazing detox package with Halee and Angie (what a team, they sure looked after us!) This was most definitely the highlight of our stay! The room was nice and clean and has a small fridge for supplies, The view from the room is very pretty looking into the forest especially from the spa on the deck:) All the staff were fantastic and friendly and a special mention to Jordan for looking after us. Amazing that the serenity of this retreat was at our back door!

Thank you Amaroo Team

Overall we found this accommodation overpriced when compared to places such as the Ritz Carlton or a suite at crown towers.

Good- the friendly efficient staff
- the delicious dinner
- the lovely smelling rooms and
reception area

Bad- small bed maybe a queen,
maybe a double
- the grass was all dead outside
our chalet
- the chalets were not overly
private I would have preferred to
them to have vegetation between
each one as it is a large bush
property
- the breakfast was underwhelming
and I could have prepared a more
gourmet version at home.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Amaroo. Feeling rejuvanated from some time in natures beauty. The luxury chalets are just divine- very comfortable beds and I personally enjoyed the soft glow of the sun coming through in the morning. Loved the outdoor spa, we enjoyed a relaxing bath under the stars. The lounge restaurant was great, delicious and well portioned meals. The staff were lovely however a particular shout out to Mel. She was so sweet, her consistent warm and attentive energy was so appreciated!
Big thanks- look forward to another little getaway in the future.

Stunning private views of the forest from modern rooms with deck and outdoor spa bath. Fantastic location and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble and left feeling looked after and relaxed. Highly recommended

Arranged a birthday surprise trip for my partner, we both loved the place! Food is good and not that overpriced given we are “trapped” in the resort staff also very helpful and we are two happy customers. Highly recommend if you haven’t been here!

Amaroo is by far the most over priced and over rated place I’ve stayed in WA.

Be prepared to be woken at sunrise as sunlight is not blocked out adequately due to the shower window being clear and only frosted glass on the inside. The TV is located to the side of the bed, so be prepared for a sore neck and no Foxtel, Netflix etc. I literally have a bigger fridge in my car than the room. The main light switches are hidden behind a curtain and take a while to find. Privacy is definitely an issue for rooms as I could clearly see straight into my neighbor’s bedroom. Rooms are also not cleaned daily or re-stocked for basic amenities. The accommodation is very poorly designed with no where to wash dishes other than the hand basin located behind your bedhead.

Oh, and if you want to swim in the pool, be prepared for everyone to sit around and watch you in the restaurant because the pool is actually located in the “so called up market restaurant” along with its up market “paper table clothes”.

The restaurants food overall was well presented and I would describe it as good but not great and not worth the price. Later I ordered 2 pizzas both were very under done to the point that the base was still raw.

There is also no wheelchair access to rooms, so if you’re disabled don’t expect Amaroo to welcome you for a holiday.

The restaurant staff in general were quite friendly. The staff on arrival were quite friendly. The room was also clean on arrival. The gardens are also well taken care of. After we left, we noticed a deduction to our bond for a drink. We definitely did not drink any of the drinks, so Amaroo are either fraudulently charging people hoping they don’t check their receipts or the person who cleaned our room was a thief. I would not visit again and felt “ripped off” and angry after the experience.

We loved our two night stay here!
The accommodation is stunning and the outdoor spa bath is beautiful! Having the restaurant on site made it easy, if you do go to the restaurant definitely try the honeycomb espresso martini it was the best cocktail I have ever had! All of the staff are really friendly and nice. Feeling very relaxed and will definitely book in another trip.

Had a beautiful relaxing experience. Very peaceful and massage was rejuvenating. Love the idea of spa with every chalet and the privacy it offers overlooking bushland

I came here for a special weekend and wanted something a little bit luxurious but I did not find that here. The sun coming in through the shower window before 5am each morning was a real killer to the stay. Not sure why clear glass and frosted glass was used. Given about two tablespoons of bath salts to use for a two night stay which really did nothing. Priced for luxury but really just an average retreat. View looking into the bush was nice but the driveway that cuts through it meant there was not huge amounts of privacy. The chalet we were in was a lot better the the others that were right next too the road. I really wanted to like this place but I've experienced a lot more indulgence for less of a price else where. Tiny TV, no pay TV, cap on wifi usage to top it off. Restaurant food was okay but not great.

Ps: take a photo of your mini bar before and after your stay. As we were charged for a removed item we did not drink.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. We stayed here for one night to celebrate our Anniversary and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is five star excellence and the couples massage is a must for helping you to relax. It’s so beautiful and peaceful, the layout of the cabins is so well done that it feels really spacious and private. You can lie in bed and watch the wildlife pass by in the woods. We didn’t use the spa on our deck as it was only 5 deg outside but looking forward to it on our next visit when the weather gets warmer. If you want the chance to stop the world and get off for a few nights to recharged this is the place to go.
