Throughout the building process they stayed with us through the whole time and were always happy to answer any questions that we had. Which took away some of the stress and uncertainty.

I have heard from other people that are building houses through other companies and they have had nothing but problems and hassles and complain and I have had none so personally that goes to show I have been taken care of very professionally and I honestly have not one complaint as everything has been addressed. We have had a fantastic experience and affordable living make is seem so effortless. Our house was built within a good time frame and they communicated through the process. Rhys our sales rep was wonderful to deal with and was always checking in on us and the house during the build process. We are super happy with the workmanship Ray holds his team to. Very smooth process from start to finish, communication has been a real key point building with affordable. Marc has been super helpful with the entire process and Jacqui has always been available to take my calls, no matter how small or large my queries have been. I would highly recommend Affordable living, they were patient and understanding and willing to help out no matter the situation you are in. Big shout out to Charlie our sales rep he was willing to help us out when it was looking not so great for us but he managed to find another way around it for us and thanks to Charlie and affordable living we now have our own beautiful home. Iain is the best person to deal with when starting out. So informative, no matter how dumb the question. Always positive and with a great sense of humour. Affordable Living Homes were always upfront and clear with what goes on. Definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Called them at 1.05 and I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone, now been ringing for 13 minutes. What a joke of customer service

During the build issues identified were fixed very quickly everything seemed to be going well until a few things one being building code related was identified after my first practical completion inspection. When I went through the second time one of these issues still wasn't sorted and was told they
would chase it up for me after I signed for the house.

Well after I signed for it the 2 people who had any idea of it didn't pass it onto the new guy. I had a building inspector do up a report with the building codes and standards however had to organise within the company the people I was first dealing with to send these reports to the new guy.

Trying to get an answer as to what and when they're going to fix the issues aren't prompt and often find I have to constantly call as being told they will call back as soon as they know yet don't as when I call them the excuse of I was just about to call seems to be a common saying.

I wouldn't say don't build with them but if you aren't happy about something don't sign it off. In a way I guess they taught me a good life lesson being a first home owner on how to make sure I dont get screwed over after handover again.

Great experience with Rhys Robinson for our first home journey. Everything was exactly how we wanted it with no complications and we are very happy with his service.

8 out of 10 overall of the the whole building period. We r happy building the new house with affordable living. Thanks everyone who is involved.
