Just be careful guys, you can get better deals for the price they offer, i didn't do much research and lost my deposit with them. I would still say avoid them if you looking for good deals,

Building our first home through COVID has been an interesting experience but we feel very lucky to have chosen affordable living as our builder. The process has been largely problem free and we are very happy with the end result.

Affordable living did a great job building my home, even tho it took 1.5 years, but that wasn’t there fault. It was due to panademic and shortages of materials and tradies. But the end result was great. My site supervisors and my liaison officer Kelly Giblett was fantastic. Always sorted everything out promptly. Thankyou

Great experience from start to finish. Even now I hear stories about other peoples bad experiences with other builders. Everything was explained about what can and might happen during building but all the right expectations set. I will happily recommend going with Nick Gleeson and Affordable Living Homes.

Building our first home with Affordable Living Homes has been truly amazing! My wife and I can’t wait to move in to our brand new home! They helped with finance, finding the land and the perfect design. Building a quality home during difficult times! For anyone who doesn’t know how to get out of renting, I couldn’t recommend Affordable enough!

Having to post this review online as the company has ignored phone calls and emails to address the rubbish and mess on one of their lots, which is strewn across the neighbouring streets and houses constantly for now 6 months. Spoke with a Jason Irons who has not emailed me back after making a complaint over 9 days ago. They are unprofessional and their lot sites are evidence of this. The current lot they have in question which is being built upon is dumping site of sand, rubbish and mess spilling out everywhere. It’s the saddest example of a build site in the area and evidence of a cheap careless build with no thought or care in their labour. It’s in stark contrast to other builders and sites around and massive example of who they are and what they stand for.

Good quality options and finishes, builder worked with me to make a design I really liked. Obviously an extended build time with the pressure on trades and supplies and communication lacked at some points but very happy with the end product.

Very great experience would recommend affordable Living Homes to anyone. Made the process very easy and helpful, Nick Gleeson is a legend couldnt of done anymore for me
