Ace Rental Cars Perth Airport

Booked two car seats with the car I have organised to rent. I have them rang the helpline to ask if they could have them installed upon arrival as it is a late flight and having to try and install car seats with two children and lots of luggage would be a pain. I was told it was left to the customers to do, didn't even want to offer any help.

Won't be back. Picking up a car is a nightmare and the staff don't care. Good luck trying to find a place to pick-up a vehicle without following paper signs stuck to closed try doors. Don't waste your time. Not an enjoyable experience hiring a car

Handed car back and was checked over all ok. Employee drove car away at speed then appeared back at desk saying I had nail in tyre and charged my credit card. Avoid ace.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. Firstly the lady who initially served my girlfriend and I had a seriously poor attitude about her but it's not something I was originally prepared to review on.

What has got me really fired up is that they are actively storing my credit card details over a month after the rental has passed and they decide to charge me $55 with zero explanation. No email, no phone call, nothing.

I find this extremely unprofessional and it accurately reflects the stance of the business in the attitude of the woman we first spoke with. They don't care about their customers.

Absolute trash.

Do not rent from this company. Upon returning the car it was checked in and agreed there’s no damage. Two weeks later they have charged my credit card for $1100 for supposed damage.
No contact, no information, just a charge.
Unscrupulous for a business owned by Hertz!

For the most part, everything was good except that I paid for a full size car (Camry) and got a standard size (Corolla). When I pointed this out to the lady who seemed like the manager, she said it was the same class. Such foolishness.

It's unfortunate that one person can spoiled it for the rest of them and the company.

The team at Ace were helpful and good service - I extended a couple of times and they were always happy to help. Nice and easy if you are travelling interstate as they pick you up from airport and drop you off. Would recommend.

Great place to hire a car but their paper work can be out of date by 12 months.
Telling me to wait a spot at the airport that has been gone over 12 months earlier. Was told when picked up and the was telling higher up the chain.

A lot better than N. Z.waited over 3 hours for pickup. With 3 phone calls.

Staff at airport need more attention with booking and paperwork. They have to be make sure what they doing.

Really pleased with the service offered here. First class-Christine and the fleet manager worked tirelessly to replace a car for us which had accidental windscreen damage. Really impressed and will use again, going over and beyond to ensure our trip didn't suffer as a result of an unavoidable incident!

The worst rental car company that I have used, car had one tyre with steel showing, plus two down to the wear bars

Booked through an agent that really messed things up, the lovely staff at ace helped sort it all out with no hassle, got free airport transfers by a very polite young man, all in all a fantastic service, highly recommend

Fraudulently removed $1,000 from our VISA without any notice, claiming a broken fog light that we never had anything to do with. Disgraceful behaviour. No stars, renters beware.

We got a good online bargain on a small car. Wasn't sure what the quality would be like, but pleasantly surprised by the Holden (Opel) Astra they gave us. No problems with pick up or drop off. Staff were friendly.

My concern with the tyre pressures on pick up was immediately rectified, but I do think this is something that should be checked by staff before turn over.

Theres some waiting time on getting the car.
Had a minor car issue, which was my fault, so i completely expected to pay an extra fee, but they fixed everything for free.
Never seen that from any other car renting company! Great service, would recommend.

(Same goes to Herz car rentals, theyre kind of a shared venue there)

Has to be considered as false advertising when you state that you are at Perth airport when in actual fact you have to get on the shuttle bus and travel 7 km away. Waiting for the shuttle bus from 40 minutes simply increased the chances of me being stabbed by my wife.

Very rude, unprofessional, The receptionist is a racist. I’ll never come again.
