ABS Midland - Automotive Service Centre

18 year old daughter paid eftpos in store for car service/s at our regular service centre of aprox $1,300 and ABS told her that they did not receive the payment. Daughter showed her bank account with transaction receipt and showed amount being withdrawn and deposited into their account but ABS told her that she would have to pay the full amount again before they would let her take her car, aprox $2,600 in total which she didnt have. After much stress, daughter had a friend close by who leant her the money.
After i called the store and spoke to the manager to complain money has mysteriously been deposited back into my daughters account from ABS with no apology or explanation.
In the future we will be taking our cars around the corner to the family- owned, family-run business who have compassion and use common sense.

Very helpful, informative and friendly office team. They kept me up to date with any issues, identified and recommended further repairs that needed doing at a later date. I have to say, my Mazda is running efficiently and has it's zoom back since my service and fuel filter change!

I own a 100 Series Landcruiser, who was in for a regular service, I also asked for a few things to be looked at while she was in there. ABS also did a omplete check of my car. I was gobsmacked at how thorough the inspection was.

I was sent an email that showed what needed to be done in a list of priority and prices and I highlighted what to go ahead with. A couple of other things were then identified as they were working on her. I was shown what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to repair it. If I didn't understand something, they took the time to explain or show it to me. Even in my frustration they were very patient and couldn't have been more helpful.

They were totally transparent with it all. The staff were very professional, kind and courteous towards me. Also, the workshop is very organised and clean for a mechanics, everything has its place.

Tryed to force me to pay over 2k in repairs by switching my earth from the battery to a different place and claim i need a whole new wire harness. I fixed it for a while 20 dollars.
Never coming here again and will tell and advise everyone I know not to come here.

Great service informed me every time there was a change to the regular service that the vehicle was in for.
Price was not at all over the top for the work that was done.
Girls on front desk were great I will definitely be serviceing the rest of my fleet there and will have no problem referring them to anyone else in the future.

Got my XR6 back today after a bunch of repairs and they did a fantastic job on my car. Drove like a new car. Definitely recommend if ur looking for a quality mechanic.

Got car serviced few months ago, Offered complimentary clean, ended up loosing my passenger side floor mat in the process. Called up next day to inquire about it, was met with defensiveness, asked if they will replace it due to them loosing it. Said sorry not our problem.

Sorted out my Air con gas leak in super short notice and found the best solution without costing a fortune! Thanks guys
