Amazing layout and new store! But they don’t know how to make a burrito. They need the Southland staff to train them (No store so far beats them) Ordered a burrito & it was wrapped in the shape of almost a fat ball. Went back and the second person didn’t wrap it tight and was hard to eat. Ratio of ingredients wasn’t spread out for either of the 2 they made me- very sloppy- not even sure if there was enough portions of beans/rice/meat onto the burritos. More training required for the staff here. Not up to the same standard my regular Southland store has.

The manager CK was so lovely! We LOVE burritos from here and drove from Greensborough to get them for dinner! Thank you so much for making them so yummy! Please open a store near me!

I am sorry, never rated any place so badly, this is my second time i go to the shop on swan street because i think should support local businesses during pandemic, the staff are useless first time i thought the girl was new which is fine, the portion was very poor, but today i went the guy was serving a customer he finished making the burrito to him and started having a laugh and asked me sorry wont be a moment instead of calling another staff member like all other stores do, however after 7 min of wait he decided to call his colleague from the kitchen and that one barely knew what he is doing didn't know the difference between two different plates, and after finishing my plate he asked me if i need a fork and i was dining in as if i will eat it by fingers?
No wonder why its always quite! The whole staff needs training very poor customer service! Never again.

I came in once on a whim and haven't been anywhere else since! The burritos are as good as any other Zamberos, but the customer service is really where this place shines! No matter the day of the week, or who's working, it always lights up my day. Riley was there one of the first times I came in and his enthusiasm made me decide to keep coming back, but how well everyone fits together here is absolutely amazing! I can't recommend this place high enough

A very socially conscious business chain, unlike many other chains, provides an option to eat out mostly healthy and affordable, without feeding us junk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are options for Regular and Small. An average eater will only need a small and pretty good value. We had vegetarian (cauliflower option and beans option) with the verde sauce, again I can see one have to go a few times exploring to find the best combination. Nothing new but executed well and in a very good spot near messina. Dinner and dessert solved. Welcome to Richmond!
