Zambrero Richmond

Very bad service, making vegetarian burrito without changing gloves, even after letting them know 3 times. Third time when I asked they were talking and just making fun out of it. Won’t suggest this store at all. Zambrero is really good brand but over here at Richmond I won’t recommend. Plus they put really less filling as compared to other stores.

I came at 1pm to get the burrito. I hope this feedback goes to the manager.

Go to Keilor suburbs might be far but best what I suggest.

Zambrero Richmond is always amazing value - I love the lamb burrito. I've usually had takeaway but eating in is a good experience too. The service is friendly and efficient.

Excellent food and I love the vegan cheese & guacamole options being lactose intolerant. Shame that they don’t factor in major events at nearby stadiums as it’s always packed on those night with only 2-3 staff working. They need more to keep up with the demand

The peeps here are always working so hard. The line goes out the door everyday at lunch time! The staff are always so nice and up for a laugh. Good vibes and great service. Great jobs guys you work too hard <3

Located on Swan Street, Richmond, opposite Grilld and near Hunky Dory, this place is great for a quick simple feed. Lots of different portion sizes and the quality is good. Gluten free option many different variations to choose from. No Coca Cola option but rather pepsi. Kombucha is also available. Parking can be tricky and the atmosphere is too bright, could do with turning the lights down a touch like grilld across the road. Friendly staff also.

Food was made quickly and tasted decent. The staff were efficient and polite. The price was pretty reasonable for Melbourne. Can't really ask for more.

I visited all stores of Zambrero but this store has best service. The Girl name Roya, she made best and delicious burritos.thanx Roya.

Have had a couple of decent burritos and nachos here, but also a few orders that have been delivered incorrectly and not totally been edible

Recently I ordered a small vegan nachos with vegan cheese/sour cream/chipotle mayo. I got the pictured nachos w barbecue sauce (?) and heaps of jalapeños (?). Was of course v sad about it

My recommendation would be to only dine in here and not get delivery (bc there is no way to correct the order from home?)

Fair to say the two bowls I just ordered weren’t up to standard for the amount spent. Not only was the lettuce partially brown, there was two drops of sauce and and the smallest dollop of guacamole which was extra! I’m usually a lover of zambreros but this was really disappointing considering the price and how hungry I was.

Placed an order via the app, no one was being served and waited 10+mins before asking them if they could make my order and then found out they didn't even have the filling I requested

Our go to hot spot for a Sunday afternoon lunch craving! Always love the food and great staff there. My boyfriend and I jokingly said we should get zambrero to cater for our wedding one day, we might half be serious we love this place so much!

I think GYG and mad max is better but Zambrero is not bad. The Blackbean sauce they have is different and the lamb burrito bowl is delicious

Quality is relatively consistent with the Parkville branch, though the latter is a tad better in my opinion. Plenty of indoor seats here.

Outstanding customer service, foods are always good especially big burrito. Always my favorite place to go!

Freshest ingredients, and decent sized servings, but the staff are the real stars of the show, they are just so efficient, friendly, and generally great.

I love to watch them make my family order of multiple burritos and nachos like absolute speed-demons, perfectly assembling multiple plates at once, while chatting and being awesome at the same time.

And then, when we bite into the food, omg, mouth watering and perfect. Better than restaurants far more expensive.

Overall quite good, a 3.5, will try again, fillings & salsas nice & tasty, taco shells bit underwhelming surprisingly- generally a step up from its competitors, clean, bright & inviting.

Had a fantastic experience being served by CK last Saturday! CK was really friendly and made the effort to ensure we enjoy our food and dining experience.

It'd be perfect if you guys serve tap water:)

Food is so good, I make sure I go here AT LEAST once a week. Delicious and quite healthy, lots of options too!
