The girls get the gold stars! Friendly, professional & clean. If you had a piss up & it was a particularly big one & ur thinking u could some greasy greece lightning to soak it up - don't. Walk in here and fill up that spot with Zambrero. Food that feels good.

This place is absolutely amazing, I loved the food and how beautiful is the shop aswell, I got experience with Mexican food and I really loved it. Thanks girls!

Their slogan plate 4 plate.firstly they should fill the customer who is paying at the counter.most of their meals are just lettuce.if you tell them that you don’t need any lettuce.they will serve you a half empty bowl or a half sized buritos.

Both meals were wrong on collection and we only realised when we got home. Manager rude and stated he watched the cctv and our orders were correct, asked to see the footage as that was impossible and then he agreed to a partial refund. The food we do have is also not fresh. Manager would not let us even finish our sentence whilst on the phone before telling us we were wrong. Will not be ordering from here again.

Dined in for grilled chicken with Chipotle sauce, was fresh and staff member friendly and chatty. Store looked fresh and was clean. Prefer here over Mad Mex and G&Y

Zambrero Richmond is definitely one of the absolute best Zambrero's I have ever experienced, the store itself is immaculate, the staff are really friendly and helpful when you are ordering, the food is always exactly as it should be! I Highly Recommend Zambrero in Richmond

One of the best places to eat. Delicious burritos and they will fill up up. Vegetarian option available of course.plus for every meal you buy a small amount of $$ is going towards charity.and I'll say it's very affordable as well.love this place.

Visited last night for dinner. Service was great - Holly was super friendly and patient, and the food was excellent. Will definitely come again!

Very bad customer service. Two guys working at the store, saw me waiting there to order but no acknowledgement!
Later I discover hair in my food. Called one of the boys to tell them, he tells me “what do you want me to do? ”
Very poor experience at the Zambrero for the first time and especially when you drive 50 kms to go there. Never visiting them again.

The staff are lovely and the food is always fresh, with a decently sized menu to make you want to find the best combo. The staff always make conversation and offer recommendations for good pairings, and I love the offer of crushed corn chips (I took some convincing but you’ve turned me!). It’s great to have a chain that is socially conscious with great vego/vegan options, all round thumbs up!

Those girls who work at Zambrero richmond are the coolest people alive. Nobody had ever showed me such kindness in all of my days. I eat zambrero daily without failure. Zambrero = life.

Best guac ever. Staff are super friendly and nice. I went back and guac serving got too small. They were using a teaspoon and staff gave me half a teaspoon of guac for my small nachos. It was sad because previous staff did gave me atleast like a tablespoon and he recommended me options. I came back because it was so yummy and service was terrific but that guy was not there yet. So I was served with another staff and this girl gave me this very tiny guacamole that was literally like a dot. Seemed like just for the sake of adding a guac in nachos she'd put it. Although prices are fair and food is good.

Every time I order a burrito from Richmond, it tastes fantastic! Love the happy attitude of the staff, love being offered corn chips, it’s all good

I walked in with my husband today at lunch time. The two young girls who were both serving us was such a delight, made sure our orders were done correctly. The food was fresh and the burritos looked amazing. Suberb team members, definitely recommend going here. 10/10:)

Awesome Zambies! Super neat and clean and welcoming. The staff member was super polite and friendly and really helpful and considerate and even changed his gloves for me to make me a vegan burrito which was super awesome!
