I am so completely thrilled with the experience I had with Your Jeweller. I dealt with Julie, who was so lovely, warm and honest. This woman's customer service is off the charts and it is so refreshing dealing with someone who actually 'cares'. My engagement ring was damaged and the team at Your jeweller done an amazing job fixing it. We even nicknamed it 'ICU' for a laugh, because it was in pretty bad shape when I took it in. I couldn't be happier with the result. Compliments to the jeweller for the great job. Thank you so much. I've definately found my jeweller moving forward. You won't get better service when this.

I ordered this because part of the pendant head had fallen off. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the speed of the service.

I had a sentimental ring completely remade by Your Jeweller and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Julie was really friendly, quoted me a fair price and I was provided the designs for the remake of the ring within a very reasonable time frame.

Ultimately, the ring has been improved but has kept the shape and design of the original so it still has the same personal value.

I have had the pleasure of receiving some incredible customer service from Your Jeweller. Both Jimmy and Julie were exceptional with helping me to have 2 of my wife’s rings repaired as a Xmas present. The rings both had great sentimental value attached and I was very concerned that I might not find a repairer that could restore the rings to their previous glory but was fortunate to read a few reviews online about Your Jeweller that were all positive and as I’ve found well deserved. The rings were repaired in the quoted time for a very reasonable price to a standard that I was extremely happy with and the follow up by Julie during this very busy time was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Jeweller to family or friends for any repairs!

I recently had my engagement ring resized & Jimmy did an amazing job! I couldnt be more happy with it, fits like a glove! Julie was fantastic, my fiance and I had a lovely chat with her & were also able to get his ring size taken too.
