They fixed my earrings quickly and without problem, and while they were a little more expensive, I believe you get what you pay for and their service and professionalism is better than many other jewellers I have visited. Rapid and professional workmanship with good quality, personable service. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had three rings resized and recoated, and a fourth cleaned and polished. I got my engagement and wedding rings resized and a pearl necklace restrung and couldn't be happier! Julie was so friendly and patient with making sure I got the right ring size. You can't tell that any resizing has been done, it's perfect and fits. To top it off the prices are really decent; better than my local jeweler in the Outer East. If I need any work done at all, I know where to go now.

I dropped my necklace and ring off to Julie to be fixed- the ring with quite extensive damage to the onyx setting which had shattered. Took two minutes to drop off and I had a text a few days later saying they were ready to be picked up. A painless experience and a great service for a very fair price. Cost significantly less to get both items fixed than what I had been quoted to just fix the ring by another jeweller over the phone.

Dropped off a superrrrr fine white gold necklace on Tuesday and it was all fixed by Friday! For an amazing price! And Julie and the team were absolutely lovely! Couldn’t recommend them more!
