Julie is so lovely to deal with, this is how customer service used to be. Great to see small business still showing the big guns how to do it. Julie repaired my broken silver chain beautifully. It is so strong now it won't ever break again. Prompt and friendly communication, couldn't ask for anything more. I'll be visiting Julie if I ever need repairs in the future and will be telling all my friends about Your Jeweler.

I had lost a sapphire stone from a ring I purchased overseas and Julie was able to source a replacement of the same type of sapphire and size and have it ready for collection within 72 hours of drop off. I expected it to take weeks. I’m so impressed with the quality, the quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing. Really friendly and helpful service too. Highly recommend!

My partner gave me a beautiful Pearl ring that was 6 sizes too big, Julie did a wonderful and delicate job of amending the band size and re-setting the Pearl. Definitely recommend!

I had my wedding necklace and some earrings repaired. My necklace is very delicate and required careful craftsmanship to repair. Julie explained how it would be repaired and I felt confident the jeweller would do a good job. I wasn't disappointed. Very reasonably priced as well.

Had my ring resized recently here, Julie is absolutely helpful and a polite lady. The ring was resized perfectly and the polish makes it look like new, moreover, price quoted was reasonable. Would definitely pick this place for any of my further jewellery job.
