Yes Optus reviews
88Very rude people. I asked for some information and they replied rudely. Looked like they didn't want to do their job.
Bad customer service and bad attitude!
Don't even deserve any stars
Promised myself I never come back to this store again, Never ever!
Friendly service at the shop. Not much experience though. Everything is computer based. Can't even call customer service anymote.
Was expecting the bill in the post received sms from Optus telling me that I should pay online.
I transferred my number from amaysim to optus and I am Extremely disappointed I did.
They asked amaysim to port my number on 1st October.while they themselves were to activate optus service on 17th October.
Hence I am left now with service from neither amaysim nor optus.
After waiting for 1.5 hours at this center.they agreed to activate it now.
But then I have to pay to both the companies for the same billing month.what a mess
Very weird customer service, you go there looking for a fix to your internet connection and for the YES tv package that hasn't arrived yet even after you have signed up with them for more than 4 months, the customer assistant he just simply gave me the phone to call their call centre which I've been trying to contact for the past 4 months. Are you serious? Is this how you train your staff? This is how you troubleshoot? Well, I'm sorry to tell you, that's really unprofessional.
Thanks guys, Pei you did a fantastic job setting my internet and phone account. Good old fashion customer service is always appreciated
Horrible customer service. Staff are unprofessional, rude and it is obvious that they want to do the bare minimum to assist customers. You're better off going to Telstra right across the road.
Went there around 10: 30 am morning. Two staffs at the front were so "busy" chatting with each others, gave me some gazes then ignore me and continue chatting, like I was just an invisible guy. I can count at least 6 staffs and 2 other customers (excluding myself).
Waited for couple minutes and a staff from the back come over and asked what I needed, he then told me to wait for another to help (I just need a replacement SIM card). After exploring some of the over-priced accessories on the wall, one of the staff in the front decided that it's about time to help me, came over and asked what she could help, like she first saw me. After that all went well.
If that the "strategy" to make customer exploring around the store, I must say that you guys have failed completely, cause I did explore around, and, I would never come back there.
