Quick response to call for service. Advised of time of arrival (2 hour window) and arrived in that time frame. Rectified the problem with lock cylinder. Provided details of the issue and what was performed to complete.

I unfortunately locked myself out of my apartment yesterday, and needed to call Wynns for assistance. They took my call immediately, and advised that the wait might be 2-3 hours but would do what they could to expedite the process. This ended up only being a half hour wait, and the technician they sent was quick, professional and kind. Overall, a very good experience.

Had Andy come over to cut some car keys that I'd lost.took about an hour and I had two keys for the car.

He was polite, fast and great value for money.
Half the price of another company I called.

Came in yesterday to get an extremely old key cut. Mia was incredibly helpful, pleasant and gave amazing customer service. It was my first time using Wynns and I will definitely be using them again because of Mia!

October 2020 - I needed extra restricted keys cut so I conversed with Ben who gave me the background regarding the Lockwood key register, policy and application process. Order process was quick and smooth. Cost of the keys was very reasonable. Turnaround from order to pickup was great. Excellent service.

Been here for two seperate jobs for rekeying old and new cylinder locks, and cutting keys. Both times I had to come back to them to fix issues. My favourite is there attitude. If you served me twice by taking my order and then having difficulty finding where my order is; you might think you could remember me without demanding a receipt when I highlight your error.

Seriously if you cut a key, it would make sense to verify that the blank key is compatible with the original either before cutting or after cutting. Just cause it looks similar is pure arrogance.

You would think that customer service might offer an apologies for their error. Hell most businesses might recognise that you have been stuffed around and offer you some level of compensation like a refund for the key cut error or offering to cut an additional key for free. Hell no they are angry that you identified their error on a Friday afternoon!

I think I'll test the market next time. While they do offer some speciality services (digital locks, ect), standard service (rekeying and cutting keys) isn't cheap and my last two orders have left a bad taste in my mind both with error rates and poor retification customer service.

Required a key cut for a Mercedes. Went into Wynns with my blank key and they replaced the chip for the immobilizer with the correct one, and programmed and cut the key to the code (not just copy the old worn one). Took all of 15 mins and now I have a brand new fully functional spare key. Thank you so much!

Very good service and price when my car remote stopped working. They worked out the cheapest solution and implemented it while I waited. Very pleased.
