Wynns Locksmiths arrived shortly after my call. Alvin the technician was very friendly and opened my door quickly. Also the price was lower than another company I previously used. Highly recommended.

Wynns were great. They advised me that servicing my old locks would be way cheaper than buying new ones. They were on time, efficient and professional and now my locks work.
Edit: Unfortunately the next week I had to get my locks replaced as I’d been broken into and the person who came to do it was the polar opposite of the previous man. He did a lousy job. It’s a pity I can’t take a couple of stars off.

It all worked out in the end with a fix to our issue, but it did take a little longer than expected for the locksmith to arrive

He was good in that he arrived at the time expected and was very accommodating, helpful and really tried his best to solve our dilemma.

I specifically contacted Wynns Preston before I drove there to ensure that they could cut a key for my 2009 Alfa Romeo GT so I dont waste my time, which they confirmed they could do so. Minutes after I arrived they told me they could not do it! Thanks so much for for taking 2 hours out of my time I will never get back.

Had Sathu from Wynns come by mine on short notice to replace a broken lock on my front door. Very prompt and professional service, and Sathu was great to deal with. Very nice bloke:) Highly recommended.

Ben understood the specific needs for the lock replacements on all our outer doors, arranged the hardware and the same keying even on dis-similar hardware and the installation was efficient and the clean up thorough!

Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in replacing our old rusted padlock replacing it with a weather-resistant one! Always let us know what time he was able to come and a lovely pleasant person! Also the young man on the phone organising everything very helpful!

Friendly, helpful, professional. Got an old car key cut which was a nightmare for a variety of reasons, but they kept at it until the job done.
