Our locksmith Vikas was timely, polite, and professional. We were locked out at about 12am so very tired and cold, and he came and got straight to it. Unfortunately the lock needed to be drilled through. Vikas communicated these steps to us and made sure we consented to the process. Most importantly, we got back in, and our door was safe and secure when he left. Thank you Vikas.

Prompt response. Person sent out was very green and sent photos to someone else to figure out what needed to be done a couple times. Unable to help or advise on door not closing properly. Payment taken by typing my full credit card details into the tradespersons phone pretty not great security practices. Lock replacement work was done to a good standard.

Friendly staff, they answered all my questions, my lock was changed quickly. Very happy with the service.
