Woolworths QV reviews
67 Easy to shop, checkouts were very good, even opened the larger one for us as had a big shop-highly recommend shopping here.
Would be a massive plus also if they had the same as Coles at Spencer St, where if ya shop over a certain dollar amount you get free parking for a certain time limit, as Wilson’s for just over an hr, $25, is daylight robbery!
Well stocked, convenient location with short queues. Nothing much to say apart from it's everything you expect
Your average woolies I guess, love the and prefer having normal sized woolies in cities rather than a metro. Store layout is really weird and confusing though but I guess you have to make do in a basement ️
One of the biggest Woolworths in the cbd with great range to shop. There are lots of check outs so no need to wait long even with long queue
For a Woolworths, this one is pretty darn good. The shelves were stocked, and the reason for the 5 stars is that they have enough checkouts for at least 30 people, so there is no wait and no rush. Also, the place was super clean! At the check out station I went to, there were no fingerprints left from the previous customer - amazing in the time of Covid. And they have the $30 spend and earn free 1-hour parking, $60 spend earns you 2-hour parking, etc.
The staff was walking around pretended busy and they don't help people who needs help. The staff gave wrong change amount without the receipt as I can't ask for the right change.
Laurie who was working on Australia day went out of his way to help me find a particular item that was not on the shelf but was online. He asked us to wait and he went to find it. Kept coming back to us to keep us updated. Ended up finding it. This is what exceptional customer service is. If I could give him a hug, I would!
Easily accessed from Melbourne Central, large enough to probably have what you need and lots of checkout machines. Good if you are keen on grabbing something more affordable to eat while roaming the CBD.
Huge supermarket with great service and self-service counters made groceries feel much convenient and easy.
Very good food, excellent service, and some of the finest atmosphere in Melbourne.
Go out back and you can bring your pet.
All in one store for your daily home use items, groceries, Food, home decor etc. With reasonable pricing.
Staff were great and helpful but sack the security guards you guys have at this time of panic and get news ones. Had both security guards stand around me and rescan my whole bag because they thought I’d stolen some stuff. I hadn’t and while both of them were busy standing over me I watched a bloke carry two full Plastic Woolworths baskets out of the store right behind the guards, up the escalators and disappeared so good job.
Again staff are amazing and this review doesn’t reflect them, I had the guy working at the self serve apologise for the incident.
The security guy at the exit point tonight was very rude! He was judged people by outfits and nationalities, he was being racist. Why he hasn’t been trained in diversity and multi-cultural?
It's very crowded and I don't like that you need to take an escalator down to a below ground level. Other than that it's one of the larger supermarkets in the CBD
This store can get very busy during the day but it is the biggest supermarket in the Melbourne CBD, so you can find pretty much anything that you need in terms of groceries. They also have a great selection of fresh produce and a few lunch options with ready maybe sushi lunch packages prepared daily as well as roast chickens etc. Early morning is the best time to go if you want to avoid the crowds. As you can imagine, lunchtime and after work are particularly hectic.
The best place to buy groceries if you are in Melbourne CBD.all you need for groceries you can find in this shop.this shop has great display of fresh fruit and veggies.love this shop.
This is a very large Woolworths that struggles at times with the number of customers and the number of places to exit and pay. Otherwise its a very good store.
Very busy in the middle of a Saturday. Lots of international students doing a big shop. Seems chaotic - but it works surprisingly well.
Nice arrangements. After rearrangements, much better. There is no Quick buy line. No Vodafone signal.
It's great but make sure you've transferred money to your smart smart access account cause internet no work there.
