Woolworths Keysborough South

This is a really neat woolies store. Easy to navigate, clean, plenty of stock out. Parking can be a little tight when busy but easy enough.

Staff are nice, store is well presented and always stocked but there is never ever enough staff on the main registers during the day and customers with filled to the brim trolleys have to wait way too long to be served. There is clearly enough staff working however they are all on the floor and nobody calls for assistance to open up more registers which is why I often drive the extra distance to avoid this store for big shops. It's a shame because if they fixed this issue it would be so much more appealing to spend my money there

I really like this supermarket but today i saw about 10 customers inside without a mask which makes me think that they should have someone at the entry monitoring everyone who enters the store

Woolworths Keysborough South is a fantastic Woolworths Supermarket. It is newer than all the other Supermarkets in the area and I know several people that drive past several other Supermarkets just to come here. It is not our closest Woolworths either but we always go to this one as well.
It is large with a diverse selection. This is possibly due to the multicultural area and makes shopping here fantastic.

Found today's check-out unacceptable (Sat 9JAN2021 at 1515pm). A 4 person line at the self-serves, half the self serves were closed (why?), remainder of available ones were side by side (uncomfortably close for COVID), only one Express Lane open (no customer there), only one Normal check-out open with 3 customers with 3 huge trolley loads waiting.spoke to female staff about it but she just looked at me and said/did nothing, NOT HAPPY TO SHOP THERE AGAIN! Gave you $129 of my business today which took me ages to process and bag -will avoid shopping there again as this is my 5th bad experience there to date, enough pain also to write this honest review.do something please, Ouin

Great place to shop whenever you need groceries. Far less crowded and busy most of the time. Great to get in, grab what you need and head off. Clean store, friendly staff and always stocked with what I need. Always my first choice when shopping.

Online pickup. Friendly staff. Lines on pickup car spots are not clear. Hard to park when busy as this is main road. Seem to be back to delivering on time again. Never seen the delivery to boot. Not sure if this is still a thing since Covid. You can wait some time from arriving until door opens.

I live close by and everytime I head in I seem to have undercover security following me. I no longer shop in this store, I will shop at Coles or online so that I feel safe.

Woolworths Chelsea lost their charm

Saw this while visiting the store. On a prev order where we decided to order online and collect the order, we receive 2 packs of pork kebabs that has already expired!

Another meat mishap was wrongly priced meat is the freshly cut section when checking out they did not want to honour the cheaper price?

The ongoing annoying thing is shopping early morning (first hour of opening or after 8 at night) I will shop for a family of 4 and there will be no tills open. Massive frustration putting an entire trolley full if items via the checkout where the cigarette and mobile phones are. You can just hear the guy behind me with his basket venting! This is not an isolated incident as it happens all the time that there is not a single till open to allow trolleys to pass thru

They had one roast chicken and the girl serving told me she "thought" that it was ordered? Either it is or it isn't terrible service

The setup is great and spacious. Easy to find everything one needs.
The staff are always friendly and smiling.
My favourite Woolworths by far.

Big store, loads of variety in comparison to local Parkmore. Spacious, not too over crowded. Lots of available car parking, close to entrance. Served by a young girl (Caroline?). She was super friendly, great attitude and superb customer service from her. 5 stars.

The best staff all of them are amazing. We have never had a bad experience here. It's clean friendly and quick. Kudos to all of the staff you guys are crushing it.

It's better than Parkmore Keysborough. Staff are very helpful. They go out of their way to help. Parkmore they need to lighten up and put a smile on their faces might help.

Doesnt get super busy here so nice place to grocery shop if you want to avoid crowded supermarkets. Lovely wide aisles and nice new store with nice and helpful staff. Lots of parking available with some other good stores nearby and medical clinic next door

Shopping plaza with a full-size Woolworths Retail Store, Discount Chemist Store, Maccas, Tatts lotto, and Fastfood Outlets, Pizza Shops located on complex.

However, don't count on Public Transport to get here as there is no on-site connectivity to the Buses/Trains; nearest Bus Stop being about 12 mins to 15 mins walking distance from its location.

Shocking service from Maree every time I shop there.
She refused service on me even though I had ID to show my age. (Mind you she knows what I look like because it’s my local woollies) she.
She made a policy that doesn’t even exist.
Definitely avoid her if you can she is arrogant rude and unfriendly.

Good place to shop. Everything you need with surrounding shops. Very nice clean and everyone very helpful
