Woolworths Keysborough South

Plenty of parking, wide variety of foods especially lots of international foods. Feel that the fruit and vegetables arent always the freshest

Went through self serve I put my bag down.it said for someone to check it that's fine. I had a bottle of Jim Beam in there from bws.the Woolworths worker checking my bag took it out and was holding it. I said to her why have U got my bottle in your hand U guys.don't sell jim beam.she's like I'm searching your bag. I told her at least 3 times to put it back as I got it from bws.she's like no I'm still looking in your bag.it's oblivious your staff doesn't know what products are sold at bws and Woolworths. Maybe she needs more training.to hold my bottle and not give it back was so rude.there was nothing else in my bag I was yet to still scan my products.

Good place to shop friendly service and a chemists so you can get ya meds and if ya hungry there's a fish and chip shop and Domino's pizza McDonald's to and a servo to refule up who can arsk for more thanks

Great Woolies with ample parking and lots of other businesses close by. Love coming to this one instead of the one at Chelsea. Friendly and helpful staff. I can always find what I need here and on the way out I can grab some food from some of the local takeaway shops.

Rewards card - would be great if there was a search function at the register for people who don't have their card on them.

Typical Woollies… some staff are really great, but there is the odd ones that need quit a bit of improvement… prices need to be looked at as you could find much cheaper elsewhere…

Great place, very easy to find products, clearly labelled. I give a 5 stars for the bread makers, nice fresh tasty bread. HIGHLY recommend.

Update: used self serve checkout this time, the young self service Attendant was attentive and helpful. Needed thier assistance at one point and they came over to the register I was using and I hadn't really spoken a word at that stage, lol. They noticed I was in need of help and preempted the interaction.

Prefer this Woolies over Parkmore. Just seems to be always stocked and does not have that crazy weekend shopping for school lunches vibe.

Patricia! All I can say she is such a lovely person. Every time she has served me it has been a pleasure to interact with her, it’s genuine not fake. She has great customer service skills and definitely makes grocery shopping a better experience! She needs a raise because she goes above and beyond:)

Not being keen on Parkmore, I tend to favour this Woolworths in Keysborough. It does get busy though and I hope they continue to offer fast check-outs. Happy to shop there.

This store is so clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Worth going the extra distance to shop. Love the drive-up pick up. Wait in your car and they bring the order out to you.:)

Well set out. Clean and well stocked. Only disappointment is that the checkout service is always slow as it is poorly manned. For what is a big store.

A massive store that is very clean and tidy. The store has a fabulous variety of stock. Much better than most Woollies in the vicinity. Certainly going here when time permits. Keep up the good work!

It's in a smaller shopping area so it doesn't get as busy which means it rarely runs out of stock. There is plenty of underground parking which is never full and has easy access to the centre with a lift and stairs. It makes shopping so much easier when it's not packed!

Went to buy smokes while I was baby sitting and brought my younger cousin with me as I didn’t want to leave her in the car at 9: 50pm at night. They refused to sell me smokes as they weren’t sure what to do as I had someone younger with me. They said under suspicion that I would give her the smokes that they weren’t allowed to sell it to me however they both mentioned that they weren’t suspicious of me at all but still rejected me from buying them. Very upset and disappointed with how they delt with this situation. I felt like I was being made fun of. I’m 21 years old. I’m certainly not going to give a 10 year old cigarettes, what a joke!

I want to give my appreciation to Patricia, her excellent customer service made my dull evening shop memorable. She listened to me with genuine interest with what I was saying and made me feel very welcome in the store.
