A place to play and relax the same time, then after all that there a numbers of restaurant for you to eat.

Great choices available, well-stocked and friendly, accommodating staff. Very clean woolworths! Thank you for your service!

The best supermarket! Such big arrary of different items! Theres this one checkout lady her name is karen and she is such a beauitful gorgeous! Such a bubbley lady! Such lovely lady always has a smile on her face and always makes the customer smile

It's a good Woolies, well stocked with ample parking and conveniently surrounded by amenities such as a petrol station and a few restaurants.

I went through the self serve today my groceries where about 94.80 and I put 2 50.00 notes in machine. I was waiting for my change and recpit when the machine said ask for assistance.the lady called Karen came over and said I know why because you didn't pay for your water did you? I didn't say nothing to her she repeated I hadn't paid for the water again.karen was using her finger on recpit and she says
you did pay for the water no sorry or nothing. I got my change the machine was 20 cents short so I said not to worry about it.karen still had my recpit in her hand and she was checking my stuff in my trolley to my recpit.by running her finger along recpit I told her the machine needed coins in it thats why it said ask for assistance and that I had paid for my stuff I told her twice.she folded up my recipt put it in a shopping bag and goes u can go now.no apology thanks for shopping here or nothing', rude service.

They sell the chocolate bars for 80c when theres a special, not $1.5 stars

My husband bought kids yogurt on 31st Oct. Today I have found out it was expired in 29th Oct. Please make sure you are not selling expired products, especially for kids. I actually feed my baby like two sips before I found out.

I’m very upset about this. You guys should take responsibility if my baby got diarrhoea! He is only 7months old!

Bad contactless click and collect. It is definitely not “contactless”. First there is no number to call when arrive and no car bay number to provide online so staff would come hunting for you requiring a lot of contact already to every cars there. 2nd they use the tiny pull cart to load and stacked up all my many many grocery orders so my baby nappies which were stacked on top kept sliding off on the floor like 2-3 times during covid times! Then, the staff asked you to come help load the things into the boot, have no intention to do it. So it’s not contactless click and collect and staff load on your boot for you as advertised. You definitely have to get off the car and load things yourself. Very different compared to real contactless click and collect by coles next door…. Also staffs weren’t friendly either, I know they are busy but the staffs there are all rude and not helpful for this not contactless click and collect service.

What a great place this is, heaps of parking staff are nice you can grab a coffee from Maccas on the way out

My family is stuck in isolation and had no choice but to get our groceries delivered. We realised we were missing items in our order and only choice was to make another order. Luckily the amazing team at Keysborough South were kind enough to personally deliver bread to us and also included a beautiful box of chocolates as an apology. The Woolworths Keysborough South team always go above and beyond and I am truely grateful.

Not only are the staff great, the shopping selection large, on Father's Day when my husband mentioned it was his 1st one, they paid for our full shop!

I’ve started using Click & Collect at this Woollies due to recent surgery. I’m not supposed to be lifting heavy items. Yesterday I went to “Collect” my order and was advised that due to COVID-19 the staff members were not able to put my order into my boot. Nowhere on the website does it tell you that. If I’d known, I would have gone back to Aldi and done it all myself for half the price. Not impressed.

Amazingly honest staff. I left my bag there full of fruits and vegetables, and contacted them the next day, I got my fruits and vegetables back

Young man in the fruit department. Kyle was his name I think. He went out of his way to help me even took me to the other side of the store to help me find something. I love shopping at this store. All your team are amazing. Fruit and veg always seem to be great quality. Checkout staff always have a chat. Won't shop at any other supermarket.

This branch of Woolworths is nowhere near as good as when it first opened. I shop early on a Saturday or Sunday morning, invariably the bakery even at 8.30am has very little on the shelf. Lots of chatting going on between staff bagging up the products. If a store opens at 7am I would expect products be available to purchase. I know I am not alone with this complaint.

No butcher only prepacked meat unfriendly staff did not get points no help at all will never go to this store agayn

Was very happy to discover this new place but my experience turned to a nightmare when the staff at the checkout looked inside my bag while I was trying to grab my wallet! Never felt so humiliated in my life as I suffer from a condition that makes me look a bit clumsy she probably thought I looked suspicious! Will never set foot there if my life depends on it not good
