This is our first project of three townhouses.before we met Westurban we were very uncertain about which builder to chose from.it was long procedure between the engagement and contract to be signed, project manager Mr. King Chen is very patient and professionally to introduce and explain on each steps. On color and material stage he has done lot of work until we are fully satisfied. Planner Ms. Wei Ma and Support Manager Leona are very helpful in the working drawing stage and construction stage. The site manager Wayne also done excellent works for this project. On the last stage because of our own reason project need to be completed before builder's schedule, he was very organized and speed up on the last stage to the completion.

Irrespectful of neighbours and very noisy contractors. Also constantly disregard council rules despite many complaints and start before legal minimum starting time.even on weekends. (7.30am on a Sunday?)
