Without Dr Banerjee and the wonderful team at this practice - I would not have been able to make such a phenominal recovery! I am forever indebted to Dr Banerjee’s wisdom and skill. As well as her professional and holistic approach.

Lovely practice: GPs are timely, respectful and informative, always providing context for their recommendations, and inviting my opinion and preferences in decision-making. Dr Fiona Lai and Dr John Wong have been kind and informative, could not rate more highly. Reception staff are delightful too. So happy I've moved here!

I have been a patient of Waverley General Practice for more than 20 years, including at their two previous addresses. I have referred friends and family who want the old fashioned relationship with a GP that has disappeared from a lot of clinics. I have always been treated respectfully and professionally, and with much kindness when I have needed it. Even when I moved away from Glen Waverley, I still attend Waverley General Practice. Cannot recommend the Practice highly enough.

All doctors and reception and nurses excellent. We have been going to this practice since it started and won’t go anywhere else. The calibre of staff can always be relied upon.

All the Doctors are very professional and caring, the rooms are very well run. All the Doctors listen to you and take time to sort out your problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Pramita Banerjee is the perfect GP. Kind, compassionate and thorough. I’m fortunate to have her is my doctor.

I can say unreservedly that the care I have gotten from Dr Harpreet Singh Dr Takker Dr Narah & Dr Barton has been the best the care taken is superb.
I have been a patient of Dr Singh’s for more than 20 years he looked after my kids when they were young and the same is felt by them.
I have been treated very well by the reception staff over the years Gale is especially loved by us I do not really know the newer staff especially since Covid hit & consults were on the phone & then video. I am certain that they are excellent as well.
The nurses have looked after me very well as well there have been once or twice when I have come in unable to breathe properly & the care with a place to just lay down meant the world to me.
Having pathology back in the building is great and my favourite Podiatrist is there as well. My rheumatoid specialist is there as well what more could I ask for I hope no more.

Effective and caring assistant and service by DR Banergee and quick and efficient support my the reception staff.

I have been a patient here for several years, very friendly practice, Dr Banerjee is very caring and has a very calm presence about her which rubs off on you during consultation

The expertise of my doctor of many years is the reason why I am prepared to drive from Gippsland for consultations.

Friendly receptionists welcome you and the new area upstairs is roomy and quiet. Over a number of years both myself and my husband have attended this practice. The doctors we see are extremely professional and caring. As well as the general consultations, for me personally, I look to my GP for explanations, reassurance and guidance when dealing with more difficult health issues. When necessary, they do not hesitate to seek further opinions. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Carol and I received our 5th covid vacs shot yesterday. There was no wait and the appointment was spot on time. The nurse was friendly, efficient and professional, advising us of side effect symptoms to watch out for.

Wonderful and personal care and support from Dr Wendy Barton.
I never feel rushed and I am all she cares about when I am in with her.
The renovations are lovely and have a calming effect.

We have been attending the practice, seeing Dr Riseley for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly and efficient.

Been attending this practice for about 15 years now, always received respectful and authoritative and efficient service and advice from the front desk, the nurses and the doctors.

Always able to have good conversation with Dr Singh. Very confident that Waverley General Practice looks after my medical needs very competently.
