Warburton Holiday Park reviews
74The park is well located for kids with the splash playground next door and walking distance to town. The facilities are modern and clean including a fully set up shared kitchen space. The staff are super friendly!
Thank you Simon. You went above and beyond in helping a group of Melbourne adventurers one dreary Sunday morning. You kindness so very much appreciated. Thank you so very much.
Super courteous and very efficient front desk. The location is just prefect, next to the river and close enough to town that you can walk. The camping spaces have power and well maintained grass. Toilets are really clean and working very well.
Had a fabulous long weekend away here, the facilities are top class for families wanting to do a bit of camping. The camp kitchen is excellent and well-equipped, along with plentiful conveniences. Stafff are very efficient and friendly, and it was a bonus having the water park for the kids to enjoy.
Amazing amenities! So clean, and the public water park is great fun for adults and kids alike. Close to the town for good coffee. Good distance to the hikes around too!
A beautiful park, right on the banks of the river. The staff were friendly, the toilets were spotlessly clean and the actual camper site was lovely, with fresh grass & loads of tall trees, all backing onto a beautiful river full of ducks. We sat there for hours enjoying the birdsong. Towns a short walk away.
Great location, fantastic place with superb amenities and one of the best playgrounds/waterplay areas for kids.
Decent water activities for kids. See sitting benches and covered spaces. Overall good for kids but not that great for a picnic.
Cabin was very outdated. The fridge barely kept our things cold. Kitchen has minimal utensils and very difficult to cook in - even a basic pasta meal was a nightmare.
Staff were unpleasant to deal with. Paid $20 for a bag of firewood being told it would last all night, it lasted an hour. Highlight of the trip was the water park.
Fantastic park with beautiful surrounds. Large caravan bays and very clean amenities. No kitchen facilities though. Newly opened water park was a hit with the kids.
Absolutely loved our spot! The facilities were clean and campsites were well kept. We will definitely go back and spend our next camping holidays here
This holiday park is beautiful with lots of amenities, a kids playground, a kids waterpark and a lovely river for the older kids to float in. Definitely returning here again.
Good location, friendly staff but a bit on the expensive side for what it offers. A noisy camp but at the time of year with loads of children around to be expected. Being on the riverside mist people were riding down the rapids (mini- rapids). There is a Council Water park beside the camp which is one of the best I have seen.
I would not go again but if you have young children, give it a go.
Friendly and helpful staff. Many sites had shade, but some didn't. Excellent location, close to the town, water park and river. Clean, modern facilities. Possible improvements would be wifi and a games room.
Didn't actually go to the holiday park but instead went to the water park next to it. What a great place but if you do go you have to take your own food. Parking is a little tricky but there is an old tennis court that you are able to park on. The children will have a ball there is also toilets there.
Great place, well set up. Had a great weekend away with friends. Clean facilities. My only suggestion for improvement would be a second camp kitchen & bbqs on the other side of the park. Next to the rotunda would be ideal.
The old male running and or owner is very rude, stopped out the front trying to work out what we are doing only to be greeted by him with attitude.won’t be staying here
Haven't seen nor experienced anything that justifies $40 per night for an unpowered spot. Patchy grass sites, soggy when it rains. Amenities pretty new and clean but basic. There's a sink outside to do your dishes but w/ cold water and no shelter from the rain. Sites along the river are closed most of the year, if I had known beforehand I would've gone somewhere else.
Love the location but very disappointing that we were not allowed to have a little bit of fun after 10pm. Security man asked us to listen and when everyone was silent he told us that was an acceptable noise level! We are families with children and just wanted a good weekend away with friends
Have been her 3 times but never had this problem before will not be back
