Viva Photography

Absolute clowns. It is 6 months since I paid $3000 for our photos and we still have not received them all. We have been around in circles and spent hours in the phone. It is not that hard I can get photos printed in 1hr at any office works! Outrageously expensive and I still don't know if we are ever getting our prints? !

The photographer (Rachael) was very patient and professional and her photography skill is awesome.

Got some work done here and was impressed by how easy everything was made. Rachel has great attention to detail!

Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does and is a genius with a camera! My dogs got a photo shoot and were messing around and not listening and she was calm and still managed to get perfect photos! So impressed and amazed!

Great atmosphere with amazing staff who are kind, caring and go above and beyond. Making you feel comfortable and not all full on serious only face. Fantastic! Highly recommend!

Katie was amazing with our dog Buttons who was behaving like the typical samoyed wouldn't sit still. The lovely lady at receptions was also so friendly and kind making sure Buttons had enough water and was ok. Thank you so much for making our experience lovely.

We had a lovely and talented photographer named Rachel. She was very professional and helped make us all feel at ease behind the camera. The photos that viva produced were incredible and we couldn’t be happier.

My partner and I were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff are very nice happy people who explained everything and explained as the process went on. Got a fantastic deal with my package which the staff offered. Lots of options to choose from for picking a photo/s and lots of choices in frames and prints. Animal friendly too which i love that! Decorated with beautiful photos of families and couples and even pregnancy photos! I would recommend. Thank you to the staff behind it all.

Very disappointed not that the prices are extremly high but the setvice it is 0, shall not recommand there are other places which offers a great experience for less money.
You want a great experience on less money there other placess can offer this but defanatelly not Viva Photography very unsatisfied customer

Very disappointed. I would never go to this studio. They got my money and didn’t do the photo shooting. I don’t recommend this kind of studio to anyone. I haven’t received any email by them.
