I had 'won' 2 give-aways but you're actually expected to pay $100's to receive photos.
As others have reviewed, don't bother - this disingenuous behaviour has tarnished their reputation.

Fantastic experience, staff are so welcoming and really make an effort to get to know you! The results of photos were incredible!

Had a wonderful experience at Viva today! From the day we booked our session, went through the concept on the phone etc, Fernanda was lovely and listened to all our ideas and was very welcoming. Fernanda was very gentle & patient with my pup and made all of us very comfortable. We were not rushed throughout the entire process and could capture a once in a lifetime memory with our pup. Thank you to Fernanda & Ben and the whole team at Viva:)

Had the most amazing session with Fernanda! The shots turned out to be so beautiful Fernanda was extremely patient, gentle and sweet with us and my pup the entire session. Fernanda made us felt very comfortable and provided her guidance with poses, etc throughout the session. Will definitely be back for a second shoot with Fernanda!

Had an awesome time with my partner and our puppy today! The photographer was very attentive and took the time to make our puppy feel safe and comfortable. She took a whole bunch of photos from different angles and different poses. All photos were amazing! Ben was also great at presenting our photos and helping us pick the perfect products for our house. They both built great rapport and felt like they really cared to meet our needs. It felt like we knew them both for years! Awesome work! Thank you!

Fantastic experience - really clear and friendly communication ahead of the shoot, and wonderful session with Fernanda for our 7 week old daughter! Images turned out beyond our expectations - we loved them! Only shame is that there wasn’t an option to buy digital prints - there were so many stunning photos we’d love for the memories but didn’t need, or afford, more physical prints.

Had a great little shoot with my pup. The team was inviting, friendly and loved the little welcome sign when I walked in. My pup can be a little shy but he took to them like they were best friends. So many beautiful pictures. Overall a great experience!

Rachel was incredible with working with my dog Vera and produced some really great photos. Thea rest of the staff were also lovely. I would love to come back when I have more disposable income to spend on prints. Highly recommend for a professional and welcoming experience.

The best experience we could have asked for! Rachel was the best and she made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole session. We had great laughs and I'm so excited to get the photos - they are stunning!

The process was seamless and positive. Rachel worked in an efficient manner to take great photos of my dog and was super friendly. I recommend Viva if you are looking for pet photography. The final outcome photos were at the highest quality and creativity. It was too hard to choose from all the awesome shots Rachel took!

The studio was also clean and very spacious.

From start to finish I had an overall amazing experience with Viva. Communication is above and beyond with numerous phone calls to arrange dates and consultations about what direction I wanted the photo shoot to go in. Welcoming greeting on arrival eased my anxiousness as this is the first time doing anything like this. Rachel made me feel extremely comfortable in the photo shoot and produced some amazing photos! The viewing was an added bonus and it allowed me to fall in love with some amazing photos, which I am now so ecstatic to have purchased. I look forward to them arriving. Can not recommend Viva enough!

Had an amazing time with Rachel who took photos of my Jack Russell, Squigs. Rachel knew how to work with dogs and got some fantastic images.
