Took my pup for photoshoot and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I was nervous and worried if everything is out of control, but Sasha makes it very fun and relax. Both Marci and I enjoyed it! All staff I met on the day is super nice)

Wonderful experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Made us very comfortable while the photoshoot.
It takes a month for the pictures to get back, so better be prepared.

Our first time at Viva, Moonee Ponds. Rachel made us feel comfortable and gave great direction in our shoot as we hadn't had a photo shoot like this before. After the shoot we viewed our photos on a giant projector which added a really cool theatrical experience. Ben took us through all our options and was patient with us while we discussed.
Overall an excellent and professional experience. Highly recommend

It was lovely experience with Rachel and other staff of Viva photography. I was little bit nervous before the photoshoot with my 2 months old baby and then I realised Rachel was so experienced. And my baby even didn’t cry once. In addition to it, pictures were so lovely.

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience! Rachel and Ben are great people and we enjoyed the conversations as well as photoshoot. Rachel, our photographer, was so down to earth and made us feel very comfortable! We had semi nude photos (we had never done that before) and we were a little nervous. Because Rachel was just a joy, we felt confident very quickly and felt the session flowed. There was soft music playing which helped my partner and I feel very connected. Thank you all!

I did a photo shoot with my 10.5 year old dog to have something tangible that captures our time together. Prior to our session, Rachel took the time to find out what mood I’d like the pictures to capture. The session was very relaxed and lots of fun. I’m absolutely delighted with the final product.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Can't thank Rachel enough, from the rearranging numerous times because of Covid and us having a baby.to the outstanding service in the studio, capturing some unbelievable shots of our family, despite two dogs and a stroppy one year old uncooperating. Highly recommended if you're looking to create memories of you and your pet. Ben and Rachel were very informative with the pre-session phone calls, asking us to think about what we would like captured in our session, and also provided us with the product brochure in advance for me to consider the different products suitable for my household theme.

Rachel was also very patient with my over excited 9 month old pup Kustard during the shoot. She took really gorgeous pictures even with him moving so much! Ben was also very heart-warming during my time at the studio. Overall, the end to end was really easy and smooth.

The product range are decent and though prices are a little on the high side, I think they're worth it for the quality and memories of that moment.

Prices - there could be a larger range to accomodate for all budgets,
But the quality is amazing

My puppy Kalua had a photoshoot with Rachel at Viva! Yesterday and it was a fantastic experience. I had spoken to Ben initially and then Rachel called ahead of time to get to know me and Kalua and to make a plan of what I wanted to get out of the photoshoot. I was really impressed with the way Rachel took my ideas and suggestions and used her experience and expertise to turn them into beautiful photos of my girl. The shoot itself was relaxed and Kalua was made to feel comfortable and familiar in the studio.
When we went through the photos with Ben, the process was really smooth and the hardest thing was choosing which pictures to get! They were all so beautiful!
I would highly recommend Viva! If you’re looking for a professional and enjoyable photo experience. Thanks Ben & Rachel!
