Pretty much take your money and give you the worst service, Volton the manager/owner accused me for his employees theft. At the start the service was good like the 5star reviews state but down the track the service and excuse Volton uses are just pathetic and unprofessional for a business owner.

HIGHLY recommend VIP security services. Zoltan was very helpful! John who installed the cameras was beyond amazing! Throughout the installation he spoke with me regularly and ensured I was satisfied. I have referred VIP security services to several other people. Thank you once again to Zoltan and John.

This company is excellent. Regarding to the product and service, Zoltan explained very well before I made an order, he is nice and patient, price is great when you look at the product quality. For the installation, it is unbelievable. John was the person who did it, it was completed in a timely manner. He is nice and polite. I have to say this company is impeccable, have to give 10 stars.

We had John from VIP security come and fit a home security system. We are tremendously happy with the result! The images are crystal clear and we felt very safe with John in our home installing the system. He is a true gentleman and one of the neatest tradies ever! John did a fantastic job in a very challenging house to install cameras and an alarm system. He didn't stop working the whole time, was very personable and always had a smile on his face. Jeremy was very patient explaining everything to us and no question was too silly for him. We would certainly recommend VIP Security Services to everyone, not just because of their great products, but because of the service provided by John and Jeremy.

Please note; just wanted to add to this 7 month old review. Another fantastic & timely camera fix a fortnight ago, camera went fuzzy & Zoltan arranged John to attend 1st thing after several jobs. He came, reinstalled & i'm up & running as normal.no footage lost. I'll add another 5 stars for this job. Thanx John, u are the man. And thanx again Zoltan.

Service was so professional and quick response

VIP installed CCTV cameras at my home. Initially I was pleased, the HIKvision cameras are great, the tech Jeremy professional and kind. Over the years I sent clients, thinking well of them. Sadly when I needed customer service I believe Zolton, the owner, could not have been ruder or more unprofessional. When I had NBN installed I thought my CCTV system wasn't working. I rang and Zoltan told me he was focused on bigger clients, developers/commercial jobs, and I'd have to wait 3 weeks for a tech - he wouldn't even have someone call me to see if I could fix the problems over the phone. Thankfully I found another company to assist me. I would not use or recommend VIP unless you're prepared to wait 3 weeks for a tech to attend. In my opinion Zoltan doesn't care about individual home owner clients. I found my treatment by VIP/Zoltan to be unprofessional - but more important it made me feel terribly unsafe!

He took such amazing care and pride in his work, leaving no dust behind and doing everything carefully to ensure there’s no damage to anything at all. His attention to detail was great and I have since booked vip alarms again to have a cctv system installed

We got cc cameras, video intercom, and alarm system for our house 8 months ago. The product has had no issues and everything was explained clearly when installed. We recently contacted again for further installations due to the excellent service. Great product, great price, and excellent customer service. You can't go wrong!

VIP Security Services have installed 3 alarms in various homes for us over the years. Their customer service is outstanding and Zoltan always provides excellent advice. Last year our home was burgled and the police told us that the only thing that saved us was our alarm system which scared away the burglar and notified us promptly of the break-in. I highly recommend VIP Security - they offer high quality products at a very reasonable price combined with outstanding customer support.
