The second there was an issue it was months and months of going back and forward getting them to fix it. Despite paying a lot of money for them to come out and fix it they never managed to do it properly and promised to come out again. 5 months later I'm still waiting.

Upgraded CCTV system to NBN fibre the team at VIP Security were very professional and the service by John on site was first class

Please note; just wanted to add to this 7 month old review. Another fantastic & timely camera fix a fortnight ago, camera went fuzzy & Zoltan arranged John to attend 1st thing after several jobs. He came, reinstalled & i'm up & running as normal.no footage lost. I'll add another 5 stars for this job. Thanx John, u are the man. And thanx again Zoltan.

VIP alarm installed my Bosch solution 3000 very quick and professional. All sensors fully tested and guided me how to use the system. Quick replied and reasonable prices.

Just had the VIP crew come out and replace the old 4MP system to a amazing 4K! HIK CCTV system and im loving it

John did a fantastic job in a very challenging house to install cameras and an alarm system. He didn't stop working the whole time, was very personable and always had a smile on his face. Jeremy was very patient explaining everything to us and no question was too silly for him.

We are satisfied with VIP's installation of alarm and CCTV systems for our house recently.
Tom and John are helpful, patient and friendly. Even one of the cameras is not working well, they came back very soon to fix it.
Zoltan and Tom are responsive.
I would recommend VIP Security to my friends for their good services.

Unfortunately our cameras have not worked for six months. We have had numerous home invasions in our area, including in our street last week, and we were not able to provide anything to the police. We have requested a call out on numerous occasions but just get told they are too busy. Given up on the cameras ever working now.

Thank you Zoltan and his team especially Thomas for your professionalism and great work. Both our alarm and cctv systems are working at full optimum.

Very Nice Quality cameras. These Acusense Hikvision cameras can spot home invaders a whole kilometre away. Absolutely Astonishing stuff.

VIP Security Services have just installed a HiLook 6MP security camera system at our home and the process could not have been better. From our first phone call and contact with Zoltan through to installation by his professional, friendly and knowledgeable team (Tom & John installed our system) great old fashioned service with a smile, along with all the advice and technical know how to install and setup perfectly.
My wife and I decided to add an additional camera shortly after the day of install which we regretted not installing after living with the system for a few days and noticing an unprotected area, and Zoltan was again quick to help and arrange an additional camera installed for us the next day!

V. I. P where helpful and very patient throughout our new home build. Installation was no problem for the skilled technicians even though plans changed multiple times yet they where available and willing to help with the best results.

Had my cameras and NVR installed a few months ago and was really happy with the service. Recently I needed some help connecting the cameras and app on my phone and Zoltan sent John out asap the same day. John was very knowledgeable and quick to fix it all up for me. Great customer service

Had John out this week and he is absolutely fantastic. Really know his stuff, thinks through problems (which out house had a few) and does a brilliant job. Would (and have) recommend to others.
