Technical installer (John Plant) provided sound advice on options for placement of sensors, took us through the system clearly, inspired confidence. It's a huge weight off my mind.

John came out to our property a few weeks ago to install an alarm system. He was very thorough in that he asked us questions to ensure that we got everything we wanted, and he was always very transparent and explained how things worked. John was very friendly and wore a mask while working. John also made himself available after installing the alarm for us to call him if we had any questions. Highly recommend John!

Had problems connecting my system to my new phone. Contacted Zoltan who immediately got John to call me. John talked me through it and was up and running in minutes.

I was looking alarm system instalation through internet and came accross VIP Security. Contacted Zoltan on Monday and was quoted a very reasonable price. On Saturday, John came over to do the installation. He was on time (despite of) travelling from Springvalle to Point Cook!), very professional and patience in explaining all the function to me in lay man term. John also advised us the best spot to put our sensors and he did not try to "cheat" us by charging and using more sensors as other company would. John is very knowledgeable and diligent in doing his work. We feel safer now with VIP Security Services alarm installation. If i can give 7 stars, i would!
I will definitely use VIP Security service in the future and very happy to recommend them to all my family and friends.

The above post was almost 3 years ago.
After almost 3 years of using the alarm installed by John, our external blue light is faulty. I called Zoltan because it is still under warranty claim and he promised to solve this in the next few days. John came over to replace the blue light with no cost, I only need to pay the call out fee.very professional and patience in explaining the potential issue that might happen with how the blue light might now be working. Always very happy with John and Zoltan for their amazing services. Thank you mate!

Awesome. I had NO idea how to use or operate the system that came with my new house.

I found VIP to be excellent to deal with.  My first interaction was with Zoltan who was very informative and helped me quickly decide on the right security solution for my home.  They were able to schedule for the installation to be done quickly and when John showed up to do the installation, I found him to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.  He did a great job and I couldn't be happier.

From initial enquiry to installation the process was made easier by prompt and expert consideration of our circumstances. Installation was quick and within a week of enquiry. Security enquiries with other companies to this day have still not been replied to!
I can highly recommend Zoltan and staff - Nothing seemed too hard or too much trouble: even down to replies after hours prior to signing on the dotted line. Elena and I look forward to a more secure life without unwanted visitors.

Back up service in the years since installation has been amazing, and John the technician who came by again today was quick, courteous and took great care to ensure we were satisfied!

Zoltan was a delight to deal with. Provided a clear definition of the system and a prompt quote - the installers (John/Tom) did a fantastic job - explained all the functions and were able to connect the Bosch RSC app via my wifi extender - keep up the great work:)

I called a few Alarm companies about my issues. Some didn’t get back to me, others wanted to sell me a new system my friend recommended to call VIP SECURITY and ask for Zoltan.
