Hi, staff members
I hope you are read reviews.i think your cinema is great.the problem is we got parking ticket if the movie is more than 2 hours. Parking limit is 2hours nearby even on Sunday.i guess I can not come to your business in the future which is unfortunate.

Visit this cinema regularly. Gold Class is very nice. Staff are very polite and attentive. Only problem is that they cant get the timing of the orders right.

If your planning on trying gold class.don’t try this one! The amount of times the meals I’ve paid good $$$ only to be hugely disappointed I’ve lost count. It’s embarrasing that their staff can’t take a simple order! Each time I’ve gone to this one meals have been massively delayed, cold or been completely wrong! I’ve actually had to send back a dish I didn’t order. Not enough staff working! I now try and avoid it it’s frustrating as it’s closest to me. Needs a serious refurbishment the gold class seating is much more dated than that of others I’ve been too. Only 2 gold class cinemas and a very small lounge setting! While I feel they know they should of done an upgrade long ago. The busy area boasting restaurants etc means they would lose too much money. But greed comes at expense of the truly “gold class” experience for customers I guess.
