Crazy first time experience! Screamed through out the movie. Must try if you haven't yet watched a movie in 4DX.

Sometimes have to deal with really rude people who actually talks on their phone in the cinema but besides that it's been a good plave to watch movies including the fact that it has 4D

The gold class is pricey but definitely felt more special than regular tickets. The food is good, even if a bit overpriced for how much you get.

My only complaint was the waitress that blamed it on my accent when she didn't understand my order the first time.: ^ (Made me feel bad.

Pretty solid. Not as good as cinemas overseas or some of the cinemas here in melb but not bad either. Could do with a bit of repair and upgrade in the arcade section upstairs tho.

The Novotel here at Glen Waverley and it is still as good as ever. We've been here on numerous occasions over the last ten years or so and keep coming back to have a rest while on Melbourne.

Staff are very friendly, good value if you use Vrewards however seating is a bit outdated compared to Hoyts.

Good location, close to carpark, public transport, and variety of places to eat. The cinema equipment quality is good and stafg are friendly.

Cleanliness could be improved, but the general cinema is decent. I’d be unlikely to return to gold class here though - the quality of the food and speed of service is worth travelling into Prahran instead

Movies are crazy expensive and food / drink is even more expensive. I'd rather go to a discount cinema or, better yet, just stay home and watch something on my big screen tele.

Seats should be leather or water proof, wat on spilled seat and was too dark to find out until felt the wet of coke spilled!

Parking, restaurant's, best to book tickets online as ticket booth is never open and candy bar ques can be long

My reason for the rating is poor customer service from the manager on duty after the movie finished, as we had ordered 2 drinks which were not delivered to us during the movie and when I told the manager she checked with the staff and said that the drinks were delivered to the wrong table but instead of apologising blamed me for the mix up by not arriving 30 minutes early. I received a refund but no apology for their mistake. Very disappointed. Will not be back again.

I came here because they got a lot of Chinese movies showing.

MOST UNACCEPTABLE IS RIDICULOUSLY AMOUNT OF ADVERTISEMENT.
We have waited for HALF AN HOUR for the movie to start! Ticket says 4: 20 but the movie actually starts at 4: 50.

Parking not available at this cinemas. Public parking 3P and 2P available at 100 mts walk behind the Cinemas.

Cinemas sound and seats getting old and tired and the complex needs a overhaul.
Worth driving to hoyts Chadstone.

4DX was an awesome experience. A must for all movie buffs. You are living the movie in 4DX, not just watching it. Excellent fun.

I have been there for 4dx movie experience. The environment is full of fun. I travelled from almost 35 kms for that 4dx experience its really worth of travelling that distance.

The cinema itself is quite self-explanatory. There are also arcade games on the first floor, but they are quite pricey and difficult to win.

On the ground floor, there is also a couple of racing games and the stackers arcade game.

Naturally, food and snacks are quite pricey.

Good place to see a movie if u r living around Geln Waverley. All r 2D halls except the single 4DX theater. Only 4DX theater in Melbourne. Good if u want extra thrill. Cinema located inside a mall which has great dining restaurants, gaming centers.

Food here is delectable with a wide range of cuisines from burgers, pizzas to chinese take away and yum cha. The place is full of vibes. One can order a bubble tea to enjoy with friends while watching a movie in a nice cosy cinema. The place could do with some well comfy reclining chairs but the current ones are plush and do enough to facilitate hours of moving watching on end.
