I have ordered from VideoGuys on a number of occasions. Great prices and timely delivery. No complaints at all. Will definitely buy from VideoGuys again.

The guys are helpful, but the prices are cheaper online.
Obviously money grabbing or not honouring online offers - disappointing.
I have bought from them a few times now - will not fall into this trap again

I went here the other day and the guy was actually very helpful. Have previously avoided this place because of rude and unhelpful staff attitude.

I have been buying my audio gear from here for several years. Always great service and competitive prices. Usually have most items in stock and their advice is refreshingly honest.

We were told to use the manufacturer's warranty and send it to them ourselves, after trying to return a damaged item. Ebay is better.

These guys have amazing Customer Service. I bought a couple of products online for my Podcast and they didnt quite suit what I needed.
They talked me through my needs, suggested something that would work better for me and then helped me set it up. I highly recommend them and will only use Video Guys for future products in relation to video and audio. Exceptional!

Today is the day I stop using these guys. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years. Today the guy I spoke to regarding an Atomos Recorder was rude, inpatient and horrid to deal with. The price was also over $250 more than Lemac and completely unwilling to compete. SHOCKING SERVICE!

When they have an item in stock, one of the fastest shippers in the country for pro video gear. Not always the cheapest, but I'd more than happy to forgo that in exchange for getting an item quickly and dealing with an Australian supplier selling local stock

Bought a microphone from Videoguys today 03/06/16. Great service, opted to pick it up in store after ordering online. Online and in-store service was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to make larger orders through them again in the future.

Great to have a professional video store so close to where I live now. Much better than having to order from the USA or try to get special orders through photography shops.

Terrible experience, they must have some good sales people however the person that came down to speak with me would rate as the worst experience I've ever had in terms of dealing with a sales person. Openly rude and disrespectful, the way he would speak to a customer defies belief.

Fast shipment and good quality products. However I wanted to return something and the man I spoke to was abrupt, unfriendly and charged me a fee to do so. Disappointing customer service.

Outstanding service, good selection. They emailed me to notify me that the mount I ordered was on backorder and provided a great replacement that worked the same (if not better) than the one I originally ordered. Will be going thru these guys again!
