Was so excited to see it arrive 1 day earlier than expected (in Perth, Western Australia). Would purchase from here again!

When I arrived to pick up my order, the very pleasant young man at the counter was engaged on a customer phone call for a few moments, but he quickly finished it and processed my collection efficiently. If he had been a bit longer on the phone, or if he had fetched my order a bit more slowly, I would probably have had time to browse round the showroom and buy a stack of inviting items for competitive prices. But I forced myself to leave at once. Whew! Videoguys are always the first company I check when something new appears on the market, and I've never had any kind of adverse experience there. Always a pleasure.

The customer service is second to none, the expert advice is tack on, the items are always in stock or brought in within a couple of days for special orders (something others stores do not do), shipping is very prompt and provided through reputable delivery services, and the items are very well priced.

There's always some sort of sale on, and if there's not, the prices are still cheaper.

An excellent example of great customer service. There was a mistake on the order so I had to go back to return an item. This was was promptly rectified and charges were also waived for a soft box as an apology. Happy customer. Thanks for sorting that out video guys! Will be back x

Been shopping here for almost a decade, and their customer service I should say is 1 of the best back then, as it is now. Totally recommend this place for your video needs. Oh! And they're knowledgeable too, which always helps when you want more info on certain items and/or setup recommendations

Great to deal with, order came extremely fast and i live deep in the country.ordered, shipped and received in under 27 hours! Blown away by how quick it came!

Was good. My click & collect order was prepared quickly, which is good. When I went to pick it up I gave them the wrong order number, but the lady at the desk was nice about it and we figured it out. She seems good at her job.

I was purchasing stuff for photography, so I felt a bit out of place (because they're apparently video guys). Thankfully they didn't ask, so it was all good.

They have airplane seats in the pick-up area, and I wanted to sit in one, but they were too efficient at fetching my order so I didn't get the chance. Not sure if that's really relevant, but I thought I'd mention it.

I ordered a product online (before their 1pm time indicated) and had notification of it's shipping 2hrs later. I received the package the next day in Perth.

Sharp pricing, switched on staff, rapid fire turn around on orders and super responsive to enquiries. Great business to deal with.

Whoever I spoke to was the most unhelpful, arrogant, and rudest staff member I have ever dealt with in my life.
He was an absolute scum bag on the phone & does not appreciate being employed.
Would NEVER purchase from this place again.
