Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the shop have loads of video/ audio equipment for all consumer levels. Love that they have what I needed in stock and available. Vast majority of options of equipments to choose from.

Been looking for the mini Rycote wind covers for weeks and no one seemed to have any stock besides Video guys did an order straight away on Tuesday and bam delivered Thursday from Mel to Syd. Thanks guys

Videoguys Australia have been so great to order from! I run a live video production business, based in Adelaide and when I have issues with my gear and need to find a replacement it is so difficult to find the parts needed in a timely fassion. Videoguys have super fast delivery and it seems that things dont spend very long int he warehouse at all. Yesterday i had my Black Magic Ultrastudio recorder fail at 11: 30 am and I put in an order for a new one from Videoguys Australia and today at 11: 30am, only 24 hours later, the parcel arrived at my door! How is that for service! 11/10 Thanks guys!

Whilst the ordering process was okay, unfortunately their courier, StarTrak lost one of the boxes. Each time I contacted Video Guys I was made to feel like it was my job to chase up their courier and that it was, generally, a bit of pain for them.

They seem like good guys but their customer service skills are sadly lacking. I do not feel motivated to use them again.

Wonderful experience. Products as advertised, check out was very quick and convenient and very helpful staff over the phone. Shout out to John!

A few issues with their customer service over the years, but an effort was made to address these concerns and move forward in a positive way. Overall the product range is excellent and quotes and delivery are very efficient.

Just bought a couple of Rode mics from them, and their service and pricing is excellent. They’ve got a huge variety of audio gear in their store.

Super cheap, great range, and there’s little they won’t order in for you if it’s not in stock. Had nothing but great experiences.
