Videocraft are seriously one my FAVOURITE places to buy from. Every time I've ordered something from them: from my Cinema Camera, to shot bags, to C-stands - they've been NOTHING but professional, attentive, and always put the customers first. The staff have (on numerous occasions) gone out of their way to ensure I got my products fast, in excellent condition, and even went ABOVE AND BEYOND, on one of my orders, adding in little note to thank me for my order, and giving me a Videocraft portable coffee cup. Highly recommend, you will NOT regret ordering from them!
